Overview

We pick up from most hotels in the downtown Seattle area. We cannot pick up hotels that are not listed or at private residences. If you are not staying at a hotel within our pick-up range, the closest meeting location information will be provided to you. Hotel pickups commence prior to departure time. Guests must call or email us to confirm hotel and exact pickup time at least 24 hours before booking. Please note, some hotels are inaccessible for our buses; therefore we may ask you to meet at another hotel for pickup. Meeting location in downtown Seattle (if you don’t require hotel pickup): Hyatt Regency Seattle (8th Avenue entrance) - 808 Howell St, Seattle, WA 98101.

We recently took a sightseeing tour in Seattle and ended up being the only guests on the bus – what a stroke of luck! It instantly transformed into a truly personalized private tour, and our guide, Bryan, made it an unforgettable highlight of our entire trip.
Bryan is simply outstanding. His knowledge of Seattle is deep, engaging, and delivered with genuine enthusiasm. From the city's rich history and hidden gems to fascinating stories about iconic landmarks, neighborhoods, and local culture, he shared insights that went far beyond the typical guidebook facts. Every question we asked was met with thoughtful, detailed answers that brought the city to life in ways we never expected.
What impressed us most was Bryan's professionalism combined with his warm, approachable personality. This was one the best city tours ever. Greg took us North, South, East and West. Lots of good comentary and history. Picked us up at hotel early (thankyou). Group was small, a bonus, but even a full bus which only holds about 14 woukd be good. Two well planned potty stops and a surpruse stop at the troll.

Wonderful Seattle City tour with our guide, Joanna. The weather was great and Joanna was fabulous!. She had many, many Seattle facts and historic tidbits of information. She took us to so many different areas and shared interesting facts and knowledge of everyone of them. Great tour not too long or too short, just right!

This was a fantastic tour! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining. I would have given this tour 5 stars based on the tour stops and tour guide, but they sold me a tour with hotel pick-up and then made me walk to a different hotel to get picked up. Our hotel was on the list as participating hotels to be picked up from, but we were told the day before the tour that it was not safe enough to pick-up at that hotel. I bought the tour because we were being picked up at our hotel, so it was misleading and false advertisement on Viator’s website. Other than the hotel pick-up issue, we loved the tour and our tour guide.

I looked into your reservation, and for the hotel you selected, we do pick up there but we can't offer the pickup at the front entrance, so we ask that you wait on the back-side block so we can safely load you into the tour bus. I understand the confusion as there is a connected hotel on that side as well, but want to ensure guests know that we do pick up from all hotels on our drop-down list - we may ask to wait at a different entrance than the main entrance, though.
