Great experience-Viator

I had never used Viator before. This turned out to be a very positive experience. Shuttle on time. Driver both texted and called to make sure we were ready for a transferer. Picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off with no issues. When we returned from our cruise, I was a little nervous about pick up. There was no reason to worry. The driver texted me, I told the driver where I was at, and he picked me up with no issues. Highly recommend for all of your transfer needs.

It’s a dirty old bus with a nasty non English speaking driver. He picked us up 1 hr later after confirming he would be there in 2 mins. Spoke to several drivers My guess was they were taking the non reserved people first. Being picked up at the airport however on a different time, it was a car, a very nice gentleman and took us to our hotel without a problem. This cannot be an equal experience and how it was in the same price range is beyond me also he dropped us off Five or six doors after the door we needed to go into for our airline and told us to walk down with all our luggage. I believe the name of the company was Seattle express. Traveling quite a bit and using Viator quite a bit I would expect some type of refund or compensation for this horrific experience. Never have I experienced this with fire tour before. Awaiting your response.
