    family cooking class

    John_B, Dec 2025
This sushi cooking class incorporated a full range of delights: spring rolls, noodles and vegetable mix, sushi wraps and matcha drink. The class takes place in a private home; the chef is energetic and personable. The hands-on learning gave each participant (three teenagers and two grandparents) an interactive experience. Each of us delighted in the tastes of our own interests without the chef being overbearing on how we were cooking. This provided some individuality to the class. One participant was a vegan and the chef made special accommodations for her. The best learning our family had was to not be timid about trying different foods and to openly explore cooking styles.

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Hi John! Thank you for choosing Cozymeal! We’re delighted you enjoyed the hands-on nature of the class and the wide variety of dishes, from sushi rolls to spring rolls, noodles, and matcha. We love hearing that the chef’s energetic yet flexible teaching style, along with the thoughtful accommodation for a vegan participant, made the experience special for your whole family. We’re especially glad the class encouraged everyone to explore new flavors and cooking styles together, and we look forward to welcoming you again soon.
