Beautiful country but poorly guided

Our guide was a very nice person but obviously did not have experience in managing a group of people, I.e., clearly stating meeting time and place, giving a heads up to guests on what to expect or next steps. We always had to ask. Also no info about area we were in.

This tour was fantastic. Enjoyed plenty of free time at both but definitely preferred Montepulciano. Giovanni out tour guide was really fun and knowledgeable. Lunch was lovely too. Would highly recommend recommend this tour.
