It was ok. Bit confusing.

Our tour guide was hilarious and definitely improved our original opinion. Bit unorganized at the start. The meeting place was nowhere near where the map told us to go - luckily someone came and asked us if we were lost and directed us below to the rest of the group. At the end of the tour - after asking a couple times, I still don’t know where to go for the rest of our self guided tour. It was just ok - loved the guide but that’s it.

We would however like to mention that the meeting point details are clearly explained in the booking confirmation, including detailed directions, a contact phone number, and the possibility to message us directly through Viator if any assistance is needed before the tour. We are sorry to hear there was still some confusion at the start, but we are glad that our staff was able to help you find the group quickly. Regarding the self-guided portion, the guide provided instructions at the end of the tour, though we understand it may have felt overwhelming in such a busy area.
