Tour guide did an excellent job but the value for the money is not there. $600 is insane for a family of 6.

Thank you for your review. We're pleased you acknowledged that the guide did an excellent job. As for the price, it was clearly displayed before the booking was made. It is difficult to understand a complaint about a price that was fully known and accepted in advance. It's also important to provide the full picture: your tour was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but your group arrived around 5:30 PM. Instead of cancelling the tour due to the 90-minute delay, our guide waited for your family and still delivered the experience. We stand by both the quality of our service and our pricing.
