Our driver will meet you in the limo service NCC meeting point area, located in the arrivals terminal lobby. He will carry a sign of recognition in your name. Unless otherwise stated, all transfer services are calculated on the basis of 1 bag per passenger. Customers with more than one piece of luggage per person must be informed in advance to check if the stated car size is sufficient or if a larger vehicle needs to be provided and a higher transfer fee applied based on the requested car size. If customers travel with more than one piece of luggage per person without notice, the extra car may be charged directly.

Our shuttle was ready and waiting even though WE were not! Our flight was delayed and despite how long it took for baggage and customs, our driver Valter was there waiting for us. It can be difficult to navigate a country that is not your own, and they made this part of our journey a confident experience.

So simple and convenient - why bother haggling with a taxi driver over proper fare. Riccardo greeted us with a sign at baggage claim exactly as described. Family made it straight to hotel with no issues. Would do it again.

Ricardo was on time and got us to the hotel in no time at all. He was right there as we exited the terminal. The walk to the van was a little long but that is where he has to park, for those with mobility issues just be aware.

Thank you for the feedback on our transfer service from Fiumicino airport to Rome. It's true, even if it turned out to be an excellent airport (FCO), the parking reserved for our NCC service is located quite far away. For people who have mobility problems, however, the airport offers a free wheelchair service with a companion.

Excellent service, we arrived early but the driver was waiting for us at the agreed point. He took our cases and guided us to his van. Clean inside and out. He didn’t chat endlessly, he didn’t drive like a maniac or curse at other drivers. Look us straight to our hotel and took our cases up to reception for us .A relaxing start to our trip
