The most memorable thing is that Viator charged me double because I did not have a companion rider. Also the agent said because I was booking the night before ..last minute...it was a premium charge!

Not up to my standards

Driver was prompt but I did not feel that he was a safe driver. He ran at least one red light. Came in a large van and I was the only occupant. He did not understand much English.

Pick up at our hotel was on time. The driver(I didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful with our luggage. My daughter and granddaughter had to be dropped off at Terminal 1 and my brother and I had to be dropped off at Terminal 3. Even though the terminals aren't far apart, he accommodated us without complaint. He even allowed us a few minutes to say goodbye to each other at Terminal 1. Thank you for a wonderful ride!

Booking was confusing, hence the 4 stars. When I made the booking it asked for time of flight, not collection time, but company called me the day before on whatsapp. and that was sorted and driver arrived as scheduled

When I booked this pickup from the airport, the paperwork saidthey would watch the schedule of our flight and have a driver there to meet us. Or flight was delayed but I still expected to see someone (as they would see that it was delayed). I called and they sent a driver. He was very nice and helpful. I was just disappointed that they did note follow the flight news and realize that we were delayed.

criticisms are always accepted, but I have to agree on one point, the product you contested and an arrival at the FCO airport for Rome, but the wording speaks of one of my products that is from Rome to the airport, it would be interesting to know the booking number since i think the booking was not made to me.
