Pick this up like they're supposed to drop this off like they're supposed to easy Ride no problems whatsoever I will use them again. I don't remember the driver's name but he seemed okay.

Our flight arrived very late. But, the communication with Viator was first class. The made sure we still had the same driver when we arrived. Our driver was fantastic with information and very easy to find once we arrived at the meeting hall in Rome. I would highly recommend using this service and driver again

We arrived late coming from Paris. Had to call decent the driver right away. She did everything to accommodate us but they told her the wrong number of bags. We had 2 large bags each. It was supposed to be 3 of us. But the third person had already gone to the hotel it worked out.

I booked this transfer a month before the pick up date. I confirmed twice, the last time was less than 24 hours before. We arrived at the airport and the driver was nowhere to be found. After several calls we discovered there was a problem with the car, then the substitute driver didn’t have a car big enough for 6 people, the third driver arrived over 2 hours later. Not a good experience after a long flight and working with two very tired and cranky children. This seems like a relatively simple procedure to execute but apparently it wasn’t.

We got a call from them Saturday at 4 AM asking us if we could move our tour up. I said no because we wouldn’t be in in time. The ride cost me $100 through Viator yet when we arrived at my hotel the driver tried to charge me only $40 not knowing I had already paid. Honestly wish I hadn't pre-paid and just paid the $40 upon arrival. Would have saved me 60%.

Impossible !! Han comprado un traslado de aeropuerto de Roma para Roma ciudad e el translado era para Anzio otra ciudad, cerca de 60 km a más de Roma , han pagado por un traslado diferente
