My tour guide, Simon, was very helpful and spoke many languages. The tour spends around 25 minutes going around the grounds of the Stadio Olimpico and focusses on its fascist routes under Mussolini, so it touches on history and politics as well as other sports. The remaining part of the tour takes you down the Legends entrance into the players changing rooms before eventually going to the pitch, the bench and up to the top of the terrace, ending at a cafe/bar and the club shop. Overall I found it good value for money and interesting.

Not worth it

We had to walk for 30 mins just to access the stadium because of some work. The tour company seemed to have no clue what was going on. Inside this is one of the poorer stadium tours I’ve been on. The stuff on display is random and poorly explained. The tour guide was nice and spoke ok English but was hard to understand. No trophy room, you’re kinda dumped unceremoniously in the gift shop and it’s not clear you now need to walk a mile just to exit. I wouldn’t recommend.

The guide was really good and also toured around area outside and learnt history. Plenty of time to see everything. Very impressive. Make sure you meet at the front of stadium by large pillar statue. We got confused as our taxi driver dropped us to side and we nearly missed start.

I sign up for “special tour”!! It actually begins outside front area by muss monument!! I was confused and went other side massive stadium. when i book this tour. we want to see the actual field pitch and lock rooms. Instead we got text that on our date the stadium was close and rescheduled different day not being told that we could not go on pitch or lock rooms due to concert next day. All the tour was then was history lesson outside stadium and tour vip suite and gift shop. it was very discounting and my son was very upset.

Be warned to not use Viator you will make a booking via a chat and get sent a payment link. A few days before the booking they will request more money saying the cost has increased due to the ago of the child - no age of the child was asked at the time of booking. Terrible rip off company

Met Beatrice our guide at the allotted time, Beatrice was very knowledgeable on her history or the area and the stadium, Beatrice had a trainee guide with her and both girls were lovely. We then went through the stadium tour with another guide, the tour was very interesting however a little short and would have been nice to see trophy room. And maybe some more memorabilia from past players
