Scheduled 9am private golf cart tour of Rome. At 9:10 got a message “I’m here. Looked up and down street around our apartment. No one present. At -approximately 9:35 received apology that they overbooked. Ruined our day. Only good thing: full refund immediately. We would have rather had the 3 hour tour.
