Tour guide was outstanding. The Viator organization not so much. I must have received at least a dozen reminders of time and date. In the end they were all wrong. Fortunately the time was later than earlier. Not good.

Excellent and knowledgeable tour guide, easy meeting place, perfect flow through tour with explanations! Sistine chapel close for conclave so tour ended early and no refund from viator. I’d recommend but maybe viator should have contacted us to adjust rate.

Gabriel was our guide and he was fabulous. He was a great story teller with extensive knowledge of the history of the vatican. In the short time that was available and due to the crowds he was able to guide us to the most important and memorable experiences in both the tour and the Vatican museum. Highly recommend Gabriel!

The guide was wonderful, walking shoulder to shoulder for 3 hours was horrible. Horribly over crowded. There was no tour of the Sistine Chapel, just the rooms with art and sculptures. Worst tour we have ever been on. Again, it was not the guide’s fault.

The guide Filippo very professional and very prepared. But at the Vatican Museum he explained that we could either visit the papal apartments painted by Rafaello or relax with the group in the Sistine Chapel of Michelangelo. I think it is not possible to lose the painted apartments of Rafaello was a very serious failure.I was very sad and my companion too. For the amount paid I think it was fair a differentiated treatment. At first the tour was scheduled for 16.30 after they alerted that it was 14.30 (;14.00 in the agency) I think something wrong happened and the value was not appropriate for the tour done. Greetings. Nous avions réservé pour 9h ; on nous a déplacé le créneau à 17h donc visite de nuit La visite devait durer 3h elle n’a duré que 1h au pas de course. Pas de visite de la basilique saint pierre puisque ça fermait. Nous avons payé 2 tiquets pour une visite privé à 300 euros (150 par personne !) nous nous somme retrouvé dans un groupe de 13 avec des gens qui avaient payé 40e .. La personne en charge ne semblait pas au courant de la modification imposé à nous. Nous demandons un remboursement pour ce désagrément !
