Bit of a hit and miss

No issues finding the bus at the airport and we were on our way to Termini within 10 minutes. Bus a little run down, some seats were held together by seatbelts. Takes about 40-45 minutes in very busy traffic. Drop off right outside Termini. Return journey was a different story. Arrived in good time at the stop, sign said 8:10am for the bus. We waited for 30 minutes with no bus in sight and then decided to pay another firm for the ride to the airport, so €27 out of pocket. No idea if the bus ever turned up.

A good option to get to the airport but if you save the ticket to Apple wallet it doesn’t scan for them and are told you don’t have the correct tour. Luckily the next operator said it was them so went back and used the Viator app and then they were able to scan.

Once we found the right bus stall, it was easy and efficient. My only complaint is that we were dropped quite a ways (a couple hundred yards) from the Roma Termini station, with no guidance on which way to go to reach it.

Wasn't real clear as to where we were to go to catch the bus from Termini to the airport. Signage needs to be added that clarifies pickup point

The ticket that you download is not the ticket to get on the bus. There are rival companies offering the same service so no one wants to help you. All companies scanned the ticket and refused us entry to the bus. Eventually, I found the QR code with the confirmation email . This is what you need to get on the bus. Bus ride into the city was very pleasant.

This was very easy to use. Turn right out of the terminal 3 following signs for buses. There’s a large electronic sign telling what bay you need and there’s a WC there as well.

Frustrated

On-line request was for one way ticket to listed drop off location. Ended up receiving round trip tickets to a drop off location 1 I’m away. Very difficult identifying correct bus at pickup location. No info kiosks or signage. Bus drivers not particularly helpful.

Easy way to get to the city

The buses were where they said they were in the instructions. My review is from airport to Roma termini. Bus departed at scheduled time. Took about 45 minutes. Load your own luggage underneath and go. Clear instructions for the return journey.
