This was such a great trip! It was an ideal choice for getting out of the city of Florence, seeing that stunning Tuscany scenery, without having to go far. Our guide Sasha was so patient with my daughter and I, answered all of my many questions, and seemed like he enjoyed what he was doing. This was a perfect half day trip to see glorious Florence from atop and get to experience some countryside too. The ride wasn't too hard, especially thanks to the electric bike! I would definitely do this again, just dress warmly if you do it mid November! ;)

Loved the whole experience, got loads of info about places where we stopped with our bikes, from Danielle who was our guide. So lucky to have her,she's great fun. We had Roberto on the day also who sorted out our headsets.

Getting to do the tour with a newly minted PhD in Archaeology certainly;uy made the trip even better! Our guide came equipped with a virtual reality headset that let us see historical sites as they were in ancient times! Relly brought it to life!
Only downside was my Ebike was in need of some service to the front wheel. It worked ok, but for less experienced rider might have been a problem.. Need to keep their bikes better maintained

We have a wide range of e-bikes and they are all well maintained. We have mechanics working on them every single day and checking them out after each tour. You can see the very good comments on other reviews. If there was a problem with a bike that we didn't notice it would have been nicer to know it straightway and we could have changed the bike. We hope you will have another chance to try our e-bikes again in the future

Great Highlight tour. Although my wife had an accident cutting / bruising her butt in a fall in the 1st 20 mins I continued on to enjoy a magic ride across all of Rome's major attractions.

Stefano was an energetic and engaging guide—was fun to see the city’s highlights this way. I was grateful the tour company provided a second staff member to bring up the rear although we managed to stay together as a group regardless. I definitely recommend taking the free/provided helmet. :)

Best way to get to all the major sites in Rome and keep the kids entertained in between! Our guide was very knowledgeable and sweet. Did have some close calls with traffic so make sure you are an experienced bike rider.

Sara, our tour guide, was great…fun, well informed about history of Rome, enthusiastic, and has impeccable English (she is Italian but teaches English). She was very accommodating and took us to places off the schedule , including a church w a sculpture of Moses by Michelangelo.
Our tour began at 10AM, when traffic is not heavy and bf heat of the day set in. Highly recommend for day 1 in Rome to get general layout of Rome and an intro to some of the history, which gave valuable context for our tour of the Vatican. Ask for Sara! Scale of 1-10, her tour was a 12!

E Bikes are wonderful! Especially in super hot, humid weather. It made getting around Rome easy and we didn't have to work up a major sweat. The tour guide was informational and we saw all the most important sites. I might suggest not wasting time doing the VR headsets. It was interesting but I would have rather just kept biking. (feedback from my 2 kids). Especially since looking through the VR headsets while in the hot sun, was a little annoying. Biking and movement are more interesting to kids for sure! Regarding the tour: Time well spent! Also, our time was cut short because another person on the tour had to be back sharply at a certain time. I would suggest that the company doesn't allow guests to go on a tour that might not be done at a certain time sharply. I'm not sure how you can mitigate that though. We left 20 min late since it takes that long to get everyone outfitted with bikes, helmet, etc. Maybe tell everyone to arrive 30 min early (requires the store to open earlier) and then we can leave on time. Or describe in the tour description that we might arrive back within 30 min of the suggested tour time. Anyway, we were rushed at the end and missed one place we were supposed to see. Despite this, we REALLY loved the Ebike way to see Rome. Suggestion for other guests: bring water bottles (amazing fountains with fresh water all over the city!!) and sunscreen. Your bikes will have a little bag to store stuff. Most of the other riders in our tour didn't bring these obvious items... Also, these are the best well maintained E bikes we've ever used. They didn't require you to have to change gears. Just change power on your Ebike. SO EASY and effortless. Well done!
