Anna Maria was a wonderful tour guide. So knowledgeable about the food but also about the neighborhoods. Come hungry. It’s plenty of food. Breaded Cod and Suppli was our favorite. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to have essentially a private tour as our family were the only people present. Annamaria was our guide and she was special. She is a native of Italy and explained various aspects of our food experience – including various pastas, meats, and what is served during the Christmas holidays, which is when we were visiting. She was a wealth of knowledge, very friendly, and was able to find connections with each one of us. Even though it was a wet and cooler evening, we had a memorable experience we won’t soon forget.
You should definitely NOT eat much before you go as the food and drinks are plentiful!

We loved this food tour. A true, authentic food experience, away from all the crowds. Every place we stopped on the tour was "known" for the dishes we sampled and our guide knew the history of each family restaurant. She was so knowledgeable about the area and pointed out places & things of interest along our way. She was such a delight to talk to. We were 2 women traveling alone and felt perfectly safe with our guide. At the end of the food tour we were so full of wonderful, authentic dishes. Now that's a happy experience!

Eduardo Adrian’s was a fantastic tour guide. We visited 5 locations (restaurants)
and ate a good quantity of different local foods. They were very tasty and fresh. We ended tasting the most wonderful galato ice cream. Best I’ve ever tasted

Our tour guide EDUARDO ANDRIANI was full of interesting stories about the local quinine, historical information about the food, where it came from and how it gained popularity among the locals, etc. All in all he kept the tour fun and interesting, gave special attention to each guest making all feel very welcome.

What a fun delicious time we had with Edoardo in Trastevere and Campo di Fiori.
We learned a lot about the food we were trying and the neighborhoods that we visited.
We had a lovely small group and it was so nice to meet everyone while eating our way through these neighborhoods in Rome.
I am traveling alone and so it was nice to enjoy the evening with people and our funny, sweet, knowledgeable guide.
I would definitely recommend this tour while in Rome.
