Delicious Pizza and Drinks.

This was so much fun! Our guide, Andi, was fun and kept us entertained. The pizza choices were all unique and delicious. We wouldn’t have tried any of these different pizzas and drinks had we not been on this tour. Andi even gave us recommendations for other food and drink places to visit later.

This pizza tour was exceptional! Great pizza and history thrown in as well. Benedetta was our guide and we learned a lot about the 3 different styles of pizza we tasted as well as interesting facts about the neighborhood we strolled through on our way to each restaurant. We were a party of three including my husband and son but the other two people who signed up for the tour never showed so we had Benedetta all to ourselves and she was so charming and delightful to talk to! The pizza was incredible and she asked about our likes and dislikes beforehand so we were sure to enjoy everything we tasted. There was definitely enough food and drinks to qualify as our dinner, in fact, I had to rely on my teenage son to finish what I couldn’t eat. We ended the tour with a tasting of two different gelato flavors of our choosing at a traditional Roman gelateria which were amazing as well. I highly recommend this tour - it was one of the highlights of our trip!

Rione Monti is a treasure situated west of Roma Termini and north of The Colosseo. Valeria, our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and a true local. Doing a food tour in Roma is a great way to tour and see the sites to discover local neighborhoods and shops and to eat the local foods. We highly recommend Monti, the food, the tour and Valeria.
