We felt we were misled by the tour company. Every experience we’ve had is been good with the exception of this one. Very frustrated. I would not recommend using them.

Tickets are they skip the line because the line to buy tickets is usually 1 or 2 hours. Our company is not responsible for the big crowds in the venue, as we do not control the people visiting the Colosseum, and May/June and July are considered high-season with more than 25.000 visitors daily. The itineraries of the tours offered by us are planned to allow our customers to get the best out of the visits and to optimize the time available. It would be helpful for you to contact us to check through your booking code which tour you have participated in and make the right decisions. Nevertheless, we have also forwarded this to our Guide Management department so that it can be looked at and followed up with the guide in case it is needed. Andrea made ALL the difference in turning our tour into a highlight of our vacation. He maneuvered the crazy busy streets all the while telling us SO MUCH history, current events, unique perspectives and getting us through the crowd and to the forefront! He even had historic photos and drawings of early days to compare to.
Magnificent tour guide and took us to so many locales. Breathtaking!!

This was basically a ride to four different spots no history no interaction with the host didn’t end on top of the hill with a glass of champagne as was promised in the booking. The host have no personality and was super rude to my girlfriend made the experience very bad.

Confusion by tour guide. I paid for the indicated three hour tour, including a stop at the Coliseum. He returned us to our hotel without a stop at the Coliseum, indicating that the tour was for only two hours, and "there was only so much we could see in two hours". He then abruptly left.

Thee driver tried but couldn’t speak English to even tell us where he was dropping us off from spit to spot. This felt like a scam which cost a lot . I have used several tours with success but this was Not one of them.

This service is designed to have a romantic approach to the city, and it is not a guided tour but a Private Chauffeured Sightseeing tour. After an investigation of your case, we know that the driver gave you the main information but he couldn't answer some questions you kept asking because too technical.

Fabio waited for us at Plaza Navona after we text that our dinner was running late. He then drove us to different “picture stops” for sunset pics and “lights on after dark” pics. We had toured to Coliseum during the day-different perspective after dark! I highly recommend this tour as a great way to begin your tour or to end your tour of Rome!

This is not a tour. This is a glorified Uber driver. Our driver barely spoke English, knew little history and had no itinerary.

About Uber it is not possible to compare this service with Uber because first of all to drive in the city center of Rome you need a special permit and only official drivers have it, to drive with security clients on board you need a special driver's license and insurance, there are not Uber drivers with a De luxe Mercedes Viano with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Friendly driver but not a lot of information provided and van windows were not great for taking pictures. Found myself saying “That’s pretty. Wonder what that is?” a lot. Also very hard to hear driver from back seat. Not sure if that’s mark and plastic curtain related, but needs to be corrected. Did take us to beautiful spot on hill overlooking the city.

We had a wonderful time. I had been to Rome before but my Mom had not. I saw many new places and mom was still able to see the standards. We left out destinations to our driver and he did a fantastic job. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable-he was great!

Frloreida was our tour guide and he made our trip! What started out as a repeat of our Rome in a Day tour turned into a really fun night. Floreida has an excellent singing voice, told us interesting facts about the sites we were seeing and took us to a "secret" place to view an iconic spot. Highly recommend!

This is a great tour for your first night after flying in to Rome--you are exhausted with jet lag, so there isn't much walking and you get a good idea of the layout of the city and get to see how beautiful it is at night. Our driver picked us up promptly and drove us all around, even going past a place my son had requested which he hadn't planned on doing. We saw a lot during the tour, and often got out and walked around a little to take pictures and to see the sites. The driver was informative about what was where, but had very firm opinions on some things, which kind of rubbed me a little the wrong way, but hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion and it was fine, just a little awkward. And he was very nice, polite and talkative. He gave pretty good insight on a lot of the social/political forces that were happening currently in Rome and Italy. The car was nice, clean, and he also had handouts to read more about the places that he took us to. I would recommend this tour.

Florido was an energetic and delightful guide. Very entertaining. In the two hours that were allotted, he was able to get us to the major and some unique sights. We took this tour the first night in Rome after an overnight flight from the US. It was just the right amount of time and gave a comfortable way to experience our first glimpse of Rome.

Omg our driver was a previous entertainer. While in the private van he sang amazing Italian songs to us while we expertly and informatively toured the city! I highly recommend this tour. Rome at night was beautiful!

My wife and I had a personalised tour of Rome by Constantino in his nice Audi A6 .... very flash. Constantino was very engaging and informative of the sights and scenes of Rome and with good recommendations on what to do in our spare time. This is an excellent way of seeing the city when the day is near the end and the lights are coming on and also in our case at the beginning of our visit of Rome - really one of the first things you should do. You see different colours and scenes and less crowds both in terms of the photo ops but on the roads. Constantino has his own way of sharing his knowledge with good humour and openness. A highly recommended experience, we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Driver arrived and apologised for dirty car due to rain that had sand in it, but made no effort to clean windows so view of places we were driven to was very poor.
Advertised as 3 hour tour but was only 2, and seemed to be rushed. Only 2 stops to look around, one of which was at the end to see the view with a glass of prosecco.
Extremely expensive for the poor experience. Wouldn't recommend this tour.
