A bit disappointed

I booked a photo session in Rome with [Elmar], on Thursday Aug 28th @5:30 but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The photographer arrived 2 hour late, which cut into the time we had for the shoot. Although he claimed he extended it, it felt a bit rushed.After the session, it took 7 days to receive the photos, although I sent text to the company and the photographer directly with no responses until the 7th day It felt like a long wait compared to what was promised 3 days. When I finally got them, the quality was not what I expected — the pictures didn’t capture the best angles or moments of the experience. While the location was beautiful, the overall service did not feel professional or worth the investment.

We arrived at Cafe Roma early as it was our first day in Rome. We weren’t familiar with the area but we had lunch while we waited. Our photographer didn’t show up and we were very sad. I called the number in the listing and the immediately sent a replacement photographer. Elmar was THE best. He was so friendly and he gave us so many insights to the sites. He spent a long time getting amazing shots for my sons Senior Pictures. Afterwards he sat down with us and sent the photos right away. Then he showed us how to get around and gave us directions for our next tour. I cannot recommend this shoot enough! Elmar you are a true Italian hero! We loved our time with you!

Great activity for a solo traveler

This was a great activity to do for someone who is traveling solo. I like that we went to different locations in Rome to take pictures. The photographer Pari did an excellent job in communication prior to photoshoot to ensure we knew meeting time and location. She was very nice and made sure we liked our photos and were comfortable.

Elmir was very helpful and patient. He took us very nice pictures and gave us ideas of how we can pose. Also he gave us a little walking tour during the photoshoot and local advice for restaurants. The photoshoot was an amazing experience.

We had an amazing time. Learned lots about the history of Rome and had some excellent photos taken. Would recommend as a great way to get photos taken that aren’t selfies and have great memories from a trip.
