Fantastic pasta making with Simon

Simon was great. My wife and I enjoyed making fettuccine and pesto from scratch with his expert guidance. It was truly a unique experience to create our own pasta for dinner in Italy. Simone made the experience memorable and added his personal family stories. If you have the opportunity, do not miss this!

Perfect beginner class and evening activity for Rome

Bea was a great instructor easy to follow directions and nice conversation. After seven hours of touring Rome, it was the perfect end to our day. I was amazed at how easy it was to make pasta. The pesto tasted delicious. We are excited about being able to make our own pesto and pasta at home. We also appreciated it that our pesto and pasta was labeled so that we got to eat what we made.

Making handmade pesto with pasta was spectacularly original! I eat pesto all the time, but never thought to make it myself. The chef was patient, helpful and highly resourceful to our diet-diverse small group. I'm glad we booked it. The pesto sauced pasta we made tasted delicious. We'll re-live this vacation highlight again and again when we make our own homemade pesto and pasta.
