This tour was little misleading in my mind. My assumption was the guide would be with us at the Papal Audience. We picked up our tickets and then were on our own for the Papal Audience. They did do a great job at directing us to the security line and pointing out exactly where we would meet our tour after. If I were to book this again I would obtain the Papal Audience tickets separately and then book a tour to the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel AND St. Peter's Basilica. We then met back up for the tour after the Audience and the tour began. By the time we finished the tour the Basilica line was crazy long. I didn't realize we would have to wait in the general admission line to enter the Basilica after our tour. We had a great tour guide for the Vatican Museum and overall a nice experience. Thank you!

Our tour guides were both excellent... Kind and knowledge. I loved being able to skip the lines for the both the Papal audience and tours of Vaticum Museums. The others in the tours were lovely- kind “sharers”. The experience was very memorable and profoundly moving. Being a pilgrim was truly a spiritual journey that hopefully leaves me a better person.

El servicio de la agencia fue pésimo. Nos citaron a las 7:00 de la mañana en la oficina de ellos que queda aproximadamente como a 5 cuadras de la Plaza de San Pedro. Aunque llegamos muy puntuales, tuvimos que esperar como 30 minutos más a que llegaran los demás. El hombre que nos recibió no hablaba español (como se supone que debía ser según la descripción del tour que pagamos). Una vez llegaron todos, nos dirigimos con el señor hacia el lugar donde ingresaríamos a la audiencia. El señor simplemente nos llevó hasta donde iniciaba la fila y nos dejó ahí, diciéndonos que nos volveríamos a ver otra vez en la oficina de la agencia a las 11:00 am para seguir con la visita guiada a los Museos. La fila era monumental (que era de esperarse); sin embargo el problema no era la fila, sino que el señor "guía" nos dejó literalmente tirados, sin explicarnos o darnos tips para elegir un buen sitio donde ubicarnos para ver mejor al Papa. Además, perdimos 30 minutos esperando en la agencia para nada. Desde un principio nos hubiese dicho que llegaramos a la plaza, ya que claramente si hubiésemos llegado más temprano a hacer la fila, lograríamos una mejor ubicación en el auditorio (más cerca al Papa). La Audiencia Papal es espectacular. Sin embargo, la agencia omitió proporcionarnos datos y consejos sencillos que hubiesen permitido vivir una mejor experiencia. Por último, la guía de la visita a los Museos Vaticanos no hablaba bien español. Tenía poco vocabulario y su acento a veces dificultaba entender algunas palabras. Hablaba extremadamente bajito y su explicación era demasiado aburrida.

Demasiada gente, no hay una buena organización en la entrada del Vaticano ñ, no tienen aire acondicionado, y todos los grupos de personas ahí amontonados, para darte los auriculares del Vaticano solo es una sola ventanilla para toda la gente !! Debería de haber más de eso! Y la guía que nos toco se tardaba demasiado en explicar cada cosa, se me hizo tiempo perdido con eso y para tener más tiempo para disfrutar la basílica y capilla sixtina

La udiencia general del papa en realidad es gratuita, pero vale la pena porque supongo no es fácil obtener el boleto con corta anticipación. La visita guiada es buena, ya que sin esa ayuda para ver y explicar lo más importante, la visita a los hermosos y extensos museos vaticanos llevaría varios días. En resumen el costo es alto con respecto al precio que en taquilla cobran, pero vale la pena por el tiempo que te ahorra y que lo obtienes desde cualquier lugar del mundo en donde estés listo para cuando llegues.
