Nicolas was an absolutely amazing guide. He customized our experiences and was so incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Rome. We loved every minute of his guide.
This was the best way to see so much of Rome in a short amount of time
Sandro was our guide and took us all over the City. He was courteous, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had a trainee, Mario, and we met many of his friends and colleagues along the way - all of whom were equally warm and welcoming. He grew up in the City and showed us beautiful, local areas in between the tourist spots.
My work friend recommended this tour and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We booked it early in our trip and it gave us a feel for the City and idea of how we wanted to spend our time.
Sandro also helped us with some specific shopping location ideas based on our wants and needs.

Best way to see Rome if you're short on time and want to save your feet! Our guide, Federico, was a blast! He was very accommodating to what we wanted to see and do. He was knowledgeable, funny and like a member our family by the end of the trip. Federico knew all the great spots for deep history, breathtaking views, and wonderful photo ops. Highly recommend this tour and booking with Federico!
Andrea was incredible! Very knowledgeable of Rome, customized the tour based on our preferences, and was very kind. I would recommend this tour for anyone!
We only had one night in Rome after a cruise and this was the best way to experience the sites. Even if you have longer to stay, I would suggest doing this tour first because then you can see everywhere that you may want to go back to again. Our tour guide, Andrea is very warm and friendly and knowledgable about all of the sites. We learned a lot of history on our tour. Andrea really made our tour special, without him, we would just be admiring the architect, but he enhanced the experience beyond what words could even say.
We had a private tour and it was wonderful. Sandro was very attentive and was able to help with transportation issues. He picked us up after appetitivo and on our way we went. He showed us many sites and explained them well, was very easy to understand, and cared for our safety during an unexpected thunderstorm! I highly recommend him as a driver. Thank you Sandro for everything!
Daniela and Frederico were absolutely awesome. We chose to do an off the beaten path tour of Rome, went to the catacombs and then some unique places. What a great time and they are knowledgeable and fun.!!!
We hit the lottery with Andrea as our guide. He expertly whisked us through the gorgeous attractions of Rome in a mere 3 hours. Andrea’s jovial personality coupled with his knowledge of Roman history (just enough for the teens to stay interested) and excellent navigation skills proved him to be a true golden nugget. My guide was absolutely amazing. He showed us the best spots in Rome for gelato and coffee. Pier gave us the history of Rome and had the best personality
If you are able to request Niccolo for this golf cart tour, do it! Three hours in the middle of the day in July in Rome just flew! Niccolo picked us up early at our hotel and dropped us off where we requested. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating and showed us parts of Rome we didn’t know we needed to see! He was truly a gentleman and provided us with a wonderful dinner recommendation, off the beaten track (but safe) that was delicious! Thank you to Viator and Niccolo for a magical day in Rome!
This tour is a great way to learn about Rome’s key highlights. Our guide, Ludo, was very helpful, sharing key details that helped to contextualize the sights. This was a fun way to cruise around the city and was well worth the cost.

We saw a mix of traditional tourist attractions as well as “off the path” locations, which we appreciated. Whenever we stopped for a gelato or bottles of water he handled everything.
He met us at the starting location on time, and the golf cart was clean and safe. I can’t think of any way it could have been better. Full recommendation!
This is the way to go and then revisit the places you want to see in detail. Very very nice drive and very knowledgeable.

Virginia was an exceptional guide who possessed a lot of historical knowledge about Rome and the sites we visited. The visit to St Peter’s Basilica was an unexpected bonus as I did not think we would be able to make that stop. Even more appreciated was Virginia’s extra effort to accommodate my wife’s limited mobility. She went beyond just being a tour guide snd showed real concern.

Ruben, our guide is a native to Rome and is very knowledgeable of history as well as current events. His English is spot on. We were delayed by 1/2 hour for our scheduled time and he waited for us. There was a special event that caused many roads to be closed...I do feel the tour company should have known this.
Virginia was PHENOMENAL!!! So knowledgeable and asked before we left what we had already seen or we had tickets for to avoid repetitive information and sightseeing. She was beyond exceptional with knowledge and information. Will always request Virginia for more tours!!!

There were 4 of us. It was very difficult for the 2 people sitting in the very back (and facing backwards) to hear the driver. So their experience was less than ideal. On the plus side it was a good way to briefly see the highlights of Rome. Although the people really didn’t have a good sense of what they were seeing.

Being able to clearly hear the driver is essential to fully understanding and appreciating the sights, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. To ensure this doesn't happen again, we have now installed microphones so that every passenger, no matter where they are seated, can hear clearly and enjoy the full context of what they are seeing.

A brisk paced tour, on quiet and smooth chariot, through the back roads of Rome with an incredibly informative guide. Andrea, historian, provided lively commentary on some of the lesser visited, but incredibly interesting sites.
