Fuimos en tour privado desde Roma a Florencia. La guía nos entregó una enorme cantidad de conocimiento y reflexiones: buenísima. El conductor fue siempre amable y nos hizo sentir seguros: muy bien. Siendo lo anterior muy bueno, lo mejor fue contar con Bianca como acompañante, desde la recepción del hotel, durante todo el tour y dejándonos en el hotel al final del día. ella coordinaba todo, nos cuidó, orientó y nos trató como si fuésemos viejos amigos. Un gran aporte contar con la figura de acompañante, además del guía y del conductor. Todo ha sido muy bueno.
