Puts you in the fast-pass line at entrance security point 1. Not a 100% skip the line but it was a much shorter than the regular line. Great communication from the tour operator and they conveniently sent the electronic tickets to me in whatsApp along with excellent directions & instructions. We wouldn’t have been able to get tickets for this date and time had we not purchased them through Viator. The regular entrance tickets were all sold out for the time we were traveling.

A terrible experience. Our tour of the Vatican and Sisteen Chapel was 2:30 then changed by Viator to 2 o'clock. We arrived an hour early, but King Charles was coming through and roads were closed. We waited forever for them to open, and then the mass of crowds who had been waiting at barricades when roads opened prevented us from even getting to the Vatican. Kept asking volunteers for help where to go, but we're misdirected several times. I asked for a refund and was refused. Double disappointment … Lost my once in a lifetime chance to have this experience! And lost money!

For clarity, the time change was made by the Vatican authorities, not by our company. Road closures related to the official visit of King Charles were an unexpected security situation outside any tour operator’s control. Unfortunately, these circumstances caused delays, and the revised entry time was missed, after which the Vatican does not allow entry.
Please note that Vatican tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable, as stated at booking, and we are required to pay the Vatican in advance. Additionally, the tickets were not collected from our office as instructed, which also contributed to the situation.
We sincerely regret that these factors affected your visit; however, none were caused by negligence on our side. We always recommend collecting tickets in advance and allowing extra time for security or city-wide events.

Good directions in a texted message about what to do day of the tour. With the crowds (and remember this is the OFF season) people holding up signs would have been helpful to find where to be. But once there, entry was smooth. This wasn't really a tour, though. Just tickets to get into the building.

To clarify, this booking was for entry tickets only, not a guided tour. This is clearly stated on the listing, on the voucher, and in the confirmation details, including the instruction to collect tickets from our office address.
As this is a ticket-only service, there is no guide, no group, and no sign holders. Those services are available only with guided tours, which are sold separately at a different price.

Our flight from LAX was delayed 9 hours called the tour via this app and no empathy was given and only sorry you will lose your money cannot reschedule you as this was not a Viator problem. Will never use this service again.Tiquets was more helpful and issued a refund. Not this company.

Tickets only. Long 'Skip the line' line. Plan ahead and get there early so you get in during time. We were fine waited 20-25 min before ticket check. Otherwise what was expected. Actual musuem and chapel were amazing.

We felt it was pointless paying to skip the line, not only did we receive an email the day before pushing our time back by 30 minutes, but it wasn’t clear where we were supposed to be queueing and even the security/guides were giving everyone conflicting information. The queues were disorganised chaos, and once in the museums we were herded through and felt rushed - particularly the Cistene chapel.
Having said that, we visited in September 2025, a jubilee year, on the weekend of pilgrimage to the Vatican, so I have no idea if this is a normal volume of traffic. Judging by the queues to the Basillica - which we couldn’t/ didn’t want to join and the hoards of pilgrims filing in I’m guessing not! The square was cordoned off for general access. Speaking to friends and family they had a very different experience so maybe just bad timing on our part.

Just a ticket reseller, it’s because of company like that that prices go up.
On top of just reselling, gives confusing instructions, asking for support feels like asking for something unreasonable, overall not very friendly while their job is just to print ticket. Maybe don’t take tourists for cash cow then you’ll have good reviews

We were not given a meeting point address. We asked several people near the Vatican where to go, and got a different answer every time. We spent a lot of time searching and never found it. I requested a refund, and have not received it.

The ticket pick up was easy. Location of the correct door was a little confusing, we had a bit of a line with all the tours diving ahead of us in line one. Was still worth it to avoid standing in the sun for a much longer line.

this was very simple and easy, I only gave it 4/5 because these tickets if you can book far enough out are much cheaper. however, if you miss booking on Vatican website this is a great option. I recommend the early time slot, and they ended up messaging us our tickets so we didn’t even have to go to their location, very Convenient.

We are really very sorry to hear that. But it's better to read the instruction properly since most of the museums in europe that needs booking has specific time slots to enter. If you miss the time most of the time they don't allow. Obviously there are some different case when they let in even after delay.

Receiving the tickets was easy and simple. Finding the right place to stand in the area of the Sistine Chapel was by far the hardest thing about this. A skip-the-line ticket does not mean you don’t have to queue. You have to queue with all the other skip-the-line ticket holders. Once this became clear, it was extremely simple. Went in at allotted time. The place was much bigger than I had thought and was extremely interesting - being able to wander at your own pace. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Vatican City, however this is not for children. Some families were there with young children who were extremely fed up.

Buyers beware, the company changed the entrance time a half hour before the original time, sent me a digital voucher via Whatsapp despite giving clear instructions at purchase via email that we must pick up the voucher at the office in Prati. They did NOT offer any sort of compensation nor a refund. Why would you communicate via Whatsapp if I never communicated with them via that app before?

This is why we offer refunds, even though it may not seem logical, and we always strive to communicate effectively with our clients.
As a solution, we provide a quicker way to obtain tickets without needing to meet at the designated address. We have done our best to accommodate all our clients, and we want to emphasize that your delay was only 30 minutes, which happens occasionally with other clients as well. It was definitely not “skip the line” tickets. The security/employees at the Vatican museum have no time for questions and especially not in English. I must of missed the sign for the Sistine Chapel because I left without seeing it. Would go back for that.

This really is just the tickets for the museum only. If you want to see also the basilica make sure you get an online reservation.
There are a lot of things to see at the museum and going without a guide has its positives such as not having to stop and look at things you aren't as interested in. After several days of well guided tours walking at our own pace was perfect for everyone.

I thought i bought a guided tour to the Vatican museum + sixteenth chappel, but when I came to Rome tours, local business partner, I was told that the tickets for me & family were only entrance fees and no guide included. I note that the entrance fee is Euro 25 per person, which also should include entrance to sixteenth chappel (but closed just now). The total price for us would be Euro 75. I paid NOK 1895 which is equivalent to 150 Euros. I feel cheated!!

It was not a skip the line experience at all - the ticket we received only enabled us to wait in the same line as everyone else entering at the same time as us, and there were 100s of people. Just be careful and know your expectations.
