Poor. So many rude people. Booked for a tour in English. Turned out to be in French. Guide said it wasn’t her problem but we could follow on if we liked. In fairness, she wasn’t one of the rude ones and was trying to help. Welcome desk was a contradiction in terms… no response other than pointing me upstairs with her finger. We went around on our own but the experience was a bit underwhelming.

I booked with them last minute booking for the Vatican Museum and sistine chapel just skip the line tickets . I got the ticket timely and they accompany me till the entrance . It wast 10-12 minutes Security line. After get in side the museum i was totally shocked . its so beautiful and gorgeous . I just visit by my self. i enjoyed a lot.thanks royal experience .

It was good to see the Vatican & the Sistine Chapel but it is extremely crowded & a lot of walking through very crowded areas, unfortunately for me it was too busy & difficult to get around due to the amount of people inside but if you want to see it then that is what you have to put up with

I don't recommend it. Amateur organization, limits small money to passing us at the same time as a group (who left us once inside) for the wire cutter for which we had paid. Exorbitant prices with 157€ paid for 1 adult and 1 child and tickets that indicated 2 adults at 25€. I'm here to understand the duty commission, but there are limits.
