Vatican Tour Gouging!

The so-called meeting place was a janky storefront that did NOT have our entrance tickets for the booked time, which was 4:00 pm. They had 1 ticket at 4:30 and 2 for 5:00 pm. The tickets were outrageously priced - Payment details Total cost $316.20 Paid on May 18, 2026. The lines were horrendous and we could not enter at the same time. We paid $316 for what should have been 3 - $25 tickets for a "skip the line" entry. This was in May before the major crowds. Experience date: 06/01/2026 Booking reference: 1399172337 I want a refund.

if you knew that ticket cost so much less than what is the reason to buy from us ? if you found it open to buy from different site or if you wanted to stand in line you must have go for that !!! is not it ? it is normal in eu the reselling value has something extra on it please try to research on cheapest things before buying online next time try to save money after taking service do not ask refund this cheap try not gonna work everywhere

Travelled with two boys aged 14 and 13. The tour was great, although it was extremely hot and crowded. And I don't think it was custom made all that much for kids despite being advertised as kids friendly. Every kid was bored stiff. Mind you, to be fair, it is a museum. The tour itself was great, so I don't want to lead the reader to think it was bad. The art, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's is off the charts in a must see way. It was just hot and busy, and not an easy slog for kids (or men with bad backs). Still, it was well organized and interesting. By comparison, the kids friendly Colosseum private tour was outstanding for kids. They loved it. So spend more time there.
