- Please reach the Colosseum 15 minutes before your booked time.
- Each traveller must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Pantheon.
- In the absence of a preferred time, we will be at liberty to allocate the Pantheon entry slot based on availability and in coordination with the Colosseum booking, maintaining an interval of approximately one and a half hours to two hours before the Colosseum entry or three and a half hours to four hours after it. Once issued, tickets cannot be amended. Kindly take extra care to avoid any scheduling conflict that may result in missing an experience due to an unintentional overlap.

You can get these tickets yourself from the website but if paying extra for someone else to remember to book them is worth it to you, go for it. Definitely don’t try and get tickets the day you want to see it, the line to buy is VERY long.

All three, the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine are incredible, and it is easy to spend all day visiting them. Refreshment options are very limited, so I would recommend, as we did, to grab some food between visits to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum / Palatine.

Quick and uncomplicated entry to the Colosseum and also to Forum Romanum and Palatin. We had an awesome time and enjoyed every single moment even when it was hot like hell in the Forum. Ancient Rome is always worth a trip. What we didn't understand were those so-called Super-Sites. But you don't have to understand everything to be happy.

Visiting the colosseum was incredible and must see when visiting Rome. Viator made the day easy with the prebooked tickets, and communication leading up to the day with making sure we had received the tickets and map for entry.

What an awesome tour of the Colosseum and the Roman forum. Our private guide, Stefania, made our visit a 10/10. She gave us so much historical information, and with just 6 of us, we didn’t have to wear earbuds, which was helpful.
Skip the line was so worth it, making it a VIP experience, and allowed us to visit more areas in less time,, allowing us to grab lunch and gelato before our next tour, which was a life saver, as it was quite humid out.
The reason for the 4 star was because it was very difficult getting the information for our tour. It took multiple messages to Viator, and several messages to the tour operator before getting any information about where to meet, etc. before getting details at 9:30pm the night before the tour.
Again, Stefania made our tour well worth it! Would choose this tour again.

A must do, when in Rome.
We didn’t have to stand in long queues and walked straight in. We preferred to go with tickets only as we wanted to do things at our own pace and not get stuck in the crowded areas of the guided tours. I have used Viator in Iceland and now in Rome. I would definitely recommend their products.

Tons of tourists but it was a great experience. We were booked for 1:25pm and just arrived 2 min before to get our tickets. I recommend to give yourself some extra time. Especially in July. The operator was very helpful too to resend the tickets. Thank you.

We ordered the tickets online in Italy after our previous tour with another company was cancelled. This tour company was very responsive and assisted us when we had trouble downloading the tickets. The directions were perfect and our 9.40am tour meant we walked straight into an almost empty Colloseum. Just as well because the ticket line was very very long. Skip the line is the only way to go. Highly recommended tour company.

It was good. Using Rick Steves app is the best! This was my 4th time in Rome but my niece’s first time. So most of this I had seen but not all of it. We put on 25000 steps that day so be sure and wear comfortable shoes!! But everything was amazing! Food was awesome!!

Second time being in the coloseum and the forum but it was my mams first time. She loved it the skip the line tickets are handy so you can just go in. You also can leave the coloseum or forum whenever you Want and go explore the other at your own pace.

This was our only disappointing tour we had with Viator, who we used exclusively for our trip. We had scoped out our schedule and timing two days before, but we were not prepared for the Sunday closing of Subway B (one of only 2 lines in Rome, and the only one serving the colosseum). Consequently we need to walk from Termini (junction of Metro A and B) to the colosseum using a marginal map - The Italians like to skip the naming of streets all together, as well as change the name of a straight road every block or so, so as to honor the most words possible in the Italian dictionary. We left our hotel with plenty of time to be at our 11:45 tour, but through various unexpected detours and extensive map reading we were not able to reach our meeting point until 11:55. There was no skip-the-line representative there to give us any options - we asked all the other English tour givers and we were in the right spot, but they had just already left. With the metro being closed, they had to have only a handful of folks who were able to make that tour. We stood around the meeting spot for 90 minutes hoping someone would show, or maybe another tour leader for a later group, but to no avail. We only had one day left in Rome, and that was spent on another wonderful tour of Vatican City through Viator, so there was no chance to rebook. This was a big disappointment, but the only one we had with Viator where we thought there was significant responsibility by the tour operator.

Very expensive for what it was!
The Coliseum ticket was worth €18
I paid 32 € for the Coliseum and the other two attractions I didn't do because there was a 1 hour queue at each attraction in full sun... That would be to do again I would have taken only one entrance to the Coliseum...
