Terrible experience. They cancelled our tour 2 days before we were to go. Naturally, at the last minute, we were unable to reschedule a tour. We came all the way from California to see the Colluseum. We made our reservations months in advance. This company ought to be banned from Viator.

Sarah was phenomenal. She was so informative, was so gracious in letting us stand in the shade whenever possible, and was just a delight to be around. I would 100% recommend her to anyone traveling to Rome and wants to do a tour of colosseum and Roman forum. She gave us so many fun facts that we realized no one else got on their tours.
