IMPORTANT PICK-UP INFORMATION: Tour pick-ups start up to 45 minutes prior to the tour start time. The pick-up time you will be given depends on the location of the hotel you are staying at. When you book the tour, America's Hub World Tours will email you a ticket with your 15-minute pick-up window. At the beginning of the 15-minute pick-up window please stand at the hotel lobby doors and look for a Sprinter van. Your Tour Guide will arrive within the 15-minute pick-up window listed.

Itinerary
Start your day with a pickup from your hotel. Ride through popular neighborhoods such as the Pearl District and Nob Hills, and stop at the Pioneer Courthouse Square to learn about the great diversity found in Portland’s downtown area.
After lunch, it’s on to the Columbia River Gorge. Travel along the historic Columbia River National Scenic Byway, where stops might include Portland Women’s Forum, Crown Point Vista House, Latourell Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Multnomah Falls.
Your Portland sightseeing tour ends with a drop-off back at your hotel.
After lunch, it’s on to the Columbia River Gorge. Travel along the historic Columbia River National Scenic Byway, where stops might include Portland Women’s Forum, Crown Point Vista House, Latourell Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Multnomah Falls.

Phil Sollers is a knowledgeable and experienced tour guide. He offered to take pictures for each passenger, told great stories and shared fun facts all throughout the day. This combination tour presents a wonderful blend of natural beauty and city sights.

Never had the experience because you sent the wrong pickup location and I was not picked up. I’m sure no one will ever see this

We did not give you the wrong pick up location. You need to take 100% personal responsibility for going to the wrong hotel for pick up. You chose to cancel the tour instead of waiting for the Tour Guide to come back and pick you up (which I offered you) AND I gave you a full refund, even though it was your fault that you went to the wrong hotel for pick up. I spoke with you on the phone in July and you agreed to the Hyatt Regency as the pick up location. That was followed up with emails between you and I where you replied the following on July 8, 2024 at 3:15 pm: "Thank you. I can only pray you are right. I thought the previous rep was telling the truth. I will see you between 8:45 and 9:00am on Saturday, Oct 12, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center FRONT DOOR after parking at 190 NE Multnomah. Any idea how long this drive would be from our hotel at Country Inn and Suites on N. Whitaker? Also is there a phone number I can call a few days before to confirm this arrangement? Thank you again.

When I spoke to you on the morning of your tour at 8:59 am I read you the email where you agreed to the pick up time and location of the Hyatt Regency. Yet you still blame our company for what was clearly a mistake on your part. You need to stop blaming us and realize that you made the mistake and take responsibility for that mistake.

Phil was an amazing guide. His knowledge of the area and passion for Portland and Oregon was very evident. We were the only two on the Portland part of the tour and Phil did a wonderful job showing us the required sites and allowing us to ask lots of questions.
The Columbia River Gorge was beautiful! The tour gave us a great set of places and views.

On time pickup from friendly tour guide Phil. We headed to the gorge in the morning and he dropped us off at all the good spots. In the afternoon we did the city tour and he was very knowledgeable of the area.

Highly recommend this tour! Phil was our guide and he was fantastic, he has so much knowledge of the city and the Columbia River Gorge. He also kept us on time while still giving us enough time at each stop. We saw 5 different waterfalls and so many different sites in Portland. We were only in the city for 1 day and we feel like we covered so much.

Adam was an AMAZING guide! I have never come across someone with such a deep fountain of knowledge! My daughter loves history, and he did so well to cater to her. He took us to amazing spots. He was super friendly and professional. I can't recommend him and the tour enough! Worth every penny!

Phil was a great guide. He was very personable and did a great job taking photos and recommending good photo spots at certain stops. The city tour and all of the Falls seen were great. The only thing that I might recommend is that there should be seats for lunch. While I liked the idea of going to eat at the food carts, no seating was provided in the area. However, I did eat quick during lunch and walked over to Voodoo Doughnuts while the lines were short and got a couple doughnuts!

Adam was our host for this tour and he was just the best! He had great story telling abilities and spaced them out perfectly! He was very knowledgeable on the topics he covered and dealt with made sure all guests felt included! Some of his information on what was open may have been a little outdated due to the pandemic closing certain things/businesses but was able to provide quick recommendations even then!
The trip was split into two parts, morning was the cities and afternoon was the waterfalls so the guest list changed based on the time of day if they did not choose the all day tour. Overall it was great experience/day in Portland!
I would definitely recommend the tour!

The Portland Sightseeing Tour Including Columbia Gorge Waterfalls with Heather was an excellent tour! We saw the many sights of Portland including the city, food carts, doughnut shop, and the Columbia Gorge Waterfall and another waterfall. Heather made the trip very interesting and she was a fun person! This was one of my favorite tours in Portland. The Gorge area is breathtaking! A must do if you are in Portland!

It was a drizzly rainy day and our "tour guide " was about as lackluster as the weather. When asked questions about the area he really didn't know much. a woman who was also on the tour got into the front seat and they just talked personal chit chat most of the tour. I expected to be educated not entertained by his talk of his limited personal life. He was a good driver.
