IMPORTANT PICK-UP INFORMATION: Tour pick-ups start up to 45 minutes prior to the tour start time. The pick-up time you will be given depends on the location of the hotel you are staying at. When you book the tour, America's Hub World Tours will email you a ticket with your 15-minute pick-up window. At the beginning of the 15-minute pick-up window please stand at the hotel lobby doors and look for a Sprinter van. Your Tour Guide will arrive within the 15-minute pick-up window listed.

Gunner was our driver today. Very informative about the city, the surroundings, the people and the history of Portland. We love taking the Viatour city tours. You learn so much about the town that you would not on your own. Gunner brought a very personal touch to the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour if you really want to get a hometown perspective of the city.

The Tour gave a great overview of the city, its neighborhoods and some its specialities. The roses are amazing, loved Salt & Straw ice cream and our tour guide Gunner was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Staying in the city centre gives the wrong impression of Portland. The tour highlights the beauty of the city that one cannot experience without local knowledge. I did find that there appeared to be a little too much driving in circles but we got to see so much and enjoyed the outing

The Guide was highly informative and worked hard to be responsive to the needs of each passenger. I would have liked to spend alittle more time at each of the highlighted sights. Perhaps the Rose Garden stop could be shortened & the Chinese Gardens could be added as a stop.

Unfortunately it was canceled less than an hour before the pickup time. We were offered another full day trip at no extra cost.

Unfortunately the Tour Guide who was supposed to run this tour became violently ill and we had no other guides available to work. We informed you of the issue as soon as we knew. We did offer another tour on the same date and the same tour on the next day, but unfortunately you were not able to do either. We did give you a full refund on the date the tour was cancelled.

3.5 hour private tour for two couples in a huge van. Shannon enthusiastically showed us neighborhoods with lots of stories explaining the past, present and future. We stopped for mid morning delicious coffee and vegan donut at Blue Star on Mississippi. Shannon was a pleasure to hear, open to our asking lots of questions and she selected excellent stops for us, e.g. Discovery Museum in Washington Park. Her tour gave us the thorough understanding and visual appreciation of Portland’s diverse neighborhoods. Highly recommended.
