This river lunch tour was a beautiful relaxing tour of the city and bridges from the perspective on the river. The sights were spectacular. The food was amazing. The printed tour guide was interesting. Some of us parked in nearby parking ramp. Others took the Maxline and were dropped off just a few blocks from the dock. The booking and communication from Viator made the whole experience seamless. Can’t wait to do it again with other family and friends!

Our midweek lunch cruise on a sunny September afternoon was really nice! We boarded 30 minutes before launch, found our reserved table, then headed to an outdoor upper deck to show our guest the downtown Portland skyline. Back inside, our waitstaff was attentive and thoughtful; service moved quickly but was not rushed. The steelhead and the Tillamook burger tasted wonderful.
We'd forgotten to bring our own earpods/headphones, but who wants to do that when you're dining with friends? Next time we'll skip the table, order food and drink to take to the upper deck (where they have couches and chairs--some covered), so that we can listen to more of the narrated tour. Our group ventured back outside for the last 20 minutes, so we heard a little bit of it. All in all, a nice venue and meal--though kind of pricey. We did appreciate the company's tips about where to park.

Excellent service, delicious lunch, fun cruise. This was a fun way to learn more about the bridges that connect Portland. The fish dish was very well seasoned and the beef was tender. Our waiter was very attentive.

Cruise was delightful. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Options for everyone, including vegetarian. It lasted about 2 hours, which was the perfect amount of time.

This trip meant a lot to me. Going with a friend, we had a great conversation.The best lunch and dessert, lots of pictures. It was a relaxing moment even though I had to wear bracelets for my nausea, but we enjoyed it. Me and my friend have been trying to keep in touch. Food was fabulous, service great and servers very knowledgeable of the history and filled in extra tidbits outsides of recording. weather was perfect. Nice historical narrative regarding the river.
The cruise was delightful with interesting information about the bridges and other landmarks along the Willamette River in Portland. The food was delicious. Our group ordered a variety of entrées and all of them were quite good, as was the cheesecake for the included dessert in the lunch. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as well. My adult daughter, 97-year-old father and I all had a very nice time.

Bring a jacket, the dining room was air-conditioned beautifully.
I didn't expect the food to be great, in fact I almost ate before I went. However, we ordered the trout on the Caesar salad and it was delicious.
They also have a cute little gift shop on board that's worth checking out.
The piano player was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. We took cash to tip them.
It was a lovely day and worth the money!

Relaxing, fun and the food was divine! I had the steelhead it was so good! We brought our service dog and they were very accommodating.

Upgraded to the Admiral’s package. Definitely enhanced the experience. Corey was our server and he was so personable and made sure we took advantage of all the perks of the admiral package. Plenty of good food and drinks. Guaranteed window seat. Plenty of time to explore boat and tour the pilot house and meet Captain. Even though there were other passengers on board we felt we received very individualized service making the whole experience special.

It is awesome. Bring cash for the keyboard player( pianist) and come hungry. Bring a sweatshirt and make sure you check out the upper deck. Bring your ear buds, the narration is interesting! If you are not from Oregon, this is so amazing ....learning about some history and current events.

We had a wonderful time on the 2-hour Lunch Cruise on the Willamette River. What a nice, relaxing way to start our day, and the food was even better than I was expecting. Our server, Jess, was very nice and provided excellent service throughout the trip. It was a really cool way to see Portland from a different perspective, taking in the historical narration about all the different bridges and landmarks along the river while listening to the live piano music. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon on the water.

“We had a great experience overall. The views were amazing, and our server was very sweet and attentive. The food was good with generous portion sizes. The boat and bathrooms were both very clean and well-maintained. There was a pianist playing throughout the cruise, and guests even had the option to request their favorite songs, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The food was an unexpected delight of gourmet quality!! The staff were friendly, helpful, and full of answers to our questions. Captain Buswell was wonderful, our server Peter was professional, efficient, and very kind, and the singer, Piper, was phenomenal!! The views were terrific on both sides of the ship.
