I booked this on a whim and im so happy I did. My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 11 yr anniversary in a new way and this was definitely a beautiful way to do it. Every single thing about this experience was a 10 out of 10. The boat was beautiful, and ambiance was perfect, romantic but comfortable. The service was fantastic. Our server Cory was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and attentive and truly engaged with us. We laughed and joked and they made announcements on the boat for everyone celebrating and he even sang a beautiful Frank Sinatra song to all of us celebrating and he had a beautiful voice! The food absolutely fantastic!! I can not say enough about this beautiful experience. I highly recommend going you won't be sorry!!

Went for my sisters birthday & Everyone was very nice, but to expect slow service for a 2 hour experience. However having very polite service makes up for that. If you’re wondering if there is a bathroom, yes there is.

Beautiful view and excellent food. All the houses on the river were beautiful, but some were castle-like. Because there were so many people, I expected the food to taste more “mass prepared”, but i was pleasantly surprised. I got the Parmesan chicken and it was plump and nicely cooked. The dessert was also delicious. Also, my mom required wheelchair assistance and the crew was amazing. They took her from the loading area down the huge gangway and when it was time to leave they came right up to the table and brought her all the way to our car.

The food was very good. One of us has GF, nut, dairy allergies and accommodated that easily. There was a pup o player that made the atmosphere even more festive. We were able to walk around the boat and had plenty of time to just relax. Our waitress was very attentive and our glasses kept full.

Really nice event for people with elderly relatives. Easily accessible restrooms on dining floor, climate-controlled viewing on intermediate deck and shelters on main/exposed deck make all weather conditions viable for a nice cruise/tour.
NOTE: travel up/down the pier can be accommodated with a wheelchair.

We definitely enjoyed the relaxing boat ride along the river. The main course of the food was quite good.
We were looking forward to the narration along the way and expected to hear it over a PA system, but that was only available on the 3rd (open air) deck. Dining was on the 1st two decks and while one of us had ear buds with us, the others did not. That was a disappointment.
The prepaid dining included the main course and a specific dessert selection. For an additional charge, appetizers and alternative desserts were available for purchase onboard. As a matter of principal, we did not make additional dining purchases. I expect that when I prepay for a lunch or dinner cruise, I’d receive the entire meal and not be nickel and dimed at mealtime.

We’re sorry for the disappointment with the narration. While it is streamed through personal devices on the dining decks and on speakers on the top deck/bow (as you mentioned), we’re always happy to provide an extra set of headphones, a printed version of the narration, or even an iPod to borrow during the cruise if notified. Our crew is glad to assist with this anytime on board.
Regarding the menu, each ticket includes freshly baked bread, an entrée, and a house dessert, with appetizers and alternative desserts available for purchase as enhancements. It's not meant to nickel and dime, but rather give people options while keeping the cost of the cruise itself as low as possible. Including more options or food would result in higher ticket prices.
We truly appreciate your feedback and we will share it with our entire management team for consideration.

This two hour river cruise was filled with a wonderful dining experience, a wonderful live pianonist, and pleasant staff. The assigned seating gave the experience an added touch with the ability to leave your table and roam the upper deck knowing you would return to your same table. I would recommend this river cruise.

I did not like that they waited until the end of the cruise to collect any extra $. Everyone was waiting and they forgot a couple of customers credit cards including mine. I had to remind the person then she had to find it.

Finding parking and finding the location was not easy for people out of town. The text messages reminder should have stated the actual time of the cruise.

We send text messages to people who book direct with us which contain the boarding and departure times of the cruise.
