Second time around. Very nice, excellent drivers, knowledgeable, experienced, and devoted worker. She's the best.

Disappointed that we were not made aware that there was a modified route when purchasing online through thos site. As a result of the Pride parade 4 of the 10 stops were eliminated. It was also disappointing that we purchased our tickets at full price and the person at the kiosk was offering the tickets for $25.
Don't think I will be using your service again.
Rhonda_D, Jul 2026
Due to the parade in town, we missed three stops, which was disappointing but understandable. The company did refund us $10 on our ticket. The scenery was beautiful especially the Rose garden in Washington Park.

The lady that drove the trolley was great! She pointed a lot of extra interesting sites out and made the tour extra fun. Great way to get an overview of the city and get around without having to Uber to sightsee

I highly recommend this tour. The narration is great and the staff are super nice. I love that the business supports breast cancer research. I rode the whole loop once (which only takes an hour), went and got some lunch, and then got on the loop again for hop-on, hop-off. The only regret I have (and this is on me) is that I should have started the tour as soon as they opened! I didn't realize there would be so many things to do and I quickly ran out of time. The last trolley leaves at around 5 PM so plan your day accordingly. I'm so used to the sun setting late in the summer I wrongly assumed the trolleys would go until sunset. Also, if you book through Viator it makes you select a time but the time doesn't matter. You just need the QR code voucher and you can go redeem it at the booth any time. The price may also be better at the booth itself since I heard the tour guide say the price was only $35, but I paid $39 through Viator. I will definitely book this again next time I'm in town!

Thanks for the 5 stars! We're glad you enjoyed your tour! We have guests choose a start time at stop 1 so we don't overload the trolley there, as it is where most guests board. Thanks for hopping on with us!

For visitors who’ve never been to Portland, the hop on/off bus is a great way to hit some of the city highlights and help decide which places you may want to go back and visit longer. Tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly.
Gilda_W, Sep 2025
The tour would had been better but there was only 5 people on the tour and the trolley really rattled so at time it was hard to hear
Response from Host, May 2026
The volume of the PA system is adjustable. I am sorry that the tour did not fully meet your expectations.

The trolley was a great way to see more of the city. Being able to hop on and off all day allowed us to easily visit more of the attractions Portland has to offer. We also enjoyed learning about the city through the commentary of the driver along the way.

It was one of the best tours I have been on. Adam Heiser showed the love of his state with pride but all of his knowledge and recommendations made our trip immeasurably better!!

We always use the Hop -On Hop-Off tours when we can and they rarely disappoint. This one was fun, informative and for the most part always on time. Our first stop at the Japanese Gardens turned out to be the most interesting one. We never had a problem finding the bus stops and really enjoyed seeing the sites from this pink bus. The driver was courteous and spoke clearly so we could always understand what was being said. It was a great way to get around to the sites of Portland for one day.

This tour was perfect for us. Phil was an amazing tour guide! We got a good feel for Portland on our one and only day there.
Leonides_B, Aug 2025
The guide was very knowledgeable and everything was beautiful except we and another couple never got picked up at end of day - no phone number to reach anyone at- we ended up taking metro back to downtown.
Megan_J, Aug 2025
Friendly and knowledgeable drivers, made me feel welcome to Portland! Nice to see the city and not have to drive it. Now I know where I want to return when I have my own wheels too.
Mary_S, Aug 2025
You have to go to the main location to get your stickers and the list of times for pick up at each stop.
We really liked our experience and I'd recommend it.
We had the same driver for all our trips, Chuck. He was great.
