The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has a no bag policy. Any bags, packages, or containers that offer concealment (e.g., purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage) that exceed the dimensions of 1.25" x 2.25" x 5.5" are not allowed. The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum operates a baggage storage facility near the visitor center entrance, with a fee for all sizes, including luggage. This storage can be used for visits to all Pearl Harbor Historic Sites.

The Boat Ticket to the USS Arizona Memorial is NOT included with this Virtual Reality Experience. Reserve your Boat Ticket ahead of time at recreation.gov ($1 reservation fee per ticket) or join the free USS Arizona Memorial Standby Queue upon arrival at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.

Ok addition to the Pearl Harbor tour.

System went down. No one really explained the variety of experiences. It seemed that there were several different VR experiences available. It was interesting but they should wash the head gear straps. They were really dirty. The people working there seemed overwhelmed.

We have taken corrective action to secure new head straps for the Virtual Reality Headsets and put in place a change-out protocol, so they are regularly cleaned. Very confusing booking not explained very well on differences in tickets also need a ticket to actually go see ship which is separate

I was under the impression that it would be virtual reality with realistic images, two of the three settings were very "cartoonish" and not very different from what we could see in the museum. The VR for the USS AZ memorial was good, especially as visitors aren't able to see the memorial in real life currently. But it was only 5$, so I guess we got what we paid for, and I'm happy to support the museum and memorial with my "donation".
