Cool Coupe, Service not Great

For the price, the company should provide a better booking experience and better quality locks. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of gear rentals they had that day and one staff member in particular was quite rude. It was cool to drive the scoot coupe around for a few hours, but I wouldn't recommend this experience for the amount it cost.

We had a great time driving around the island. Staff were friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had after we watched the safety video. Would recommend this tour to everybody.

Not what we expected. We're short and the coupe was so small and cramped. Very loud, so little power. No storage area. No reverse. We literally didn't feel safe on the roads with the cars and busses. Not able to go up hills very well at all.

These cars are so cute & worth the rental! I rented one for a day and was able to ride all over the city & explore. I was able to take a lot of pictures and videos of areas not in walking distance as well as see some not so touristy areas!! 10/10, would highly recommend for a day of exploring. It is not guided so you can stop as many times as you’d like & go wherever you’d like that isn’t considered “dangerous “ on the map they provide. They provided a speaker for music which was a plus!!!

The staff was great and very attentive to us. Having the ability to be able to drive our self’s around was Island was a surreal moment for us. I highly recommend using this company for this type of adventure on your vacation.

Friendly helpful staff from check in to check out. Asked if we had any questions after the safety video and thoroughly went over Scoot Coupe usage before we took our test lap. Polite and patient when answering any questions we asked to get further clarification about anything. Staff was willing to make suggestions about routes to take. FABULOUS drive around Honolulu, Punchbowl Cemetery, Manoa Waterfall, Diamond Head, and Waikiki Beach. Highly recommend if you are in Honolulu!

Viator description is not accurate, you will not be touring the island at your own pace, you will be allowed to tour waikiki area, roughly 2 miles only. When asked for a refund we were denied. We had the option of taking the scooters for more money or just not go but no refund of the $151+. When discussing with viator they did not speak to us at all, just messaged they would look into it and email us. Email denied refund, be careful booking with viator!!!

It was wonderful to get around to see the things very inexpensively. Going to the Punch Bowl was an incredible experience. People were taking videos of us in the Scoot Coupe. The staff at Scoot Coupe Rental were very accommodating and helpful.

We requested the operator to just cancel our reservation for today for reasons that we've practically visited almost all the places/stops in their map provided to us n like one of the guys said that there's nothing to do for the moment rather than time to go home n experience their brand of sightseeing the beautiful island next time we're back...this time with the kids. No hassle indeed from them n it's highly appreciated that you've got a 100% GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep it on n we'll be back with family n friends sooner than expected. This was awesome! Riding around town was pretty easy. We didn't really know where we were going eventhough we had a map, but never the less, we saw Moana Falls, Diamond Head, Chinatown and Waikiki. I HIGHLY recommend renting a scooter to explore the island!

It was fun but check your cc statement. I knew I've already paid for this but the check-in person at the counter insist it was a hold. I went on with paying again and dealt with it later. Although it was easy to get a refund but the hassle of having to do it in the first place.

I enjoyed driving up the side of the Diamond Head crater and driving to the mall. It was a great way to spend the day. I needed more trunk space for all the bags I had from the mall. Also wish they had specific parking in the local downtown area as I wanted to stop and do breakfast but couldn’t find a place to park. I will definitely do it again!

The Coop Scoot was fun except it rained the day we had it. Be sure you double check where all you can travel in it as we could not go to all the places we planned and had to change our itinerary. They gave us a nice map though so we figured out something else

This is great for seeing things close to Waikiki. It’d be good to know the capabilities ahead of time and that due to the speed and/or hills you are limited to certain areas of the island but overall it’s fun.

We arrived and the line was long and still. They open at 8:30 and we didn’t get our rental until after 11:00. They could use to be better organized. They had said the internet wasn’t working. They didn’t add time to the end of anyone’s day rental to make up for it. But we didn’t need it ourselves.
