This restaurant is open to the elements and was overrun with pigeons. The birds are allowed free rein and staff do nothing to discourage them from roaming under and around the dining tables. When I expressed fear and concern, I was told the birds are harmless and to simply ignore them. We chose to leave.

Very poor menu, only one horrible option of desert, pretty much you’re gonna pay $77 for two cheeseburguers or chicken Caesar salad. Not worthy at all. Just save your money.

Got to the location the server nor manager had any idea what this experience was. After I asked to speak to a different manager she tried to still use the voucher after not providing the service.

Great however booking tour restricted the menu options to half the available menu. We also arrived as your app said we could not book but then they said we should have called them directly to make a reservation so had to wait over an hour for a table

The food and service was great. The server was very cordial and gave great service.
The only thing I would state the con would be that when we walked in, before sitting down some of the staff made us feel belittled saying “ oh they are on the coupon” which made all of us in our party feel very uncomfortable. Also the menu titles options changed.
Aside from that the whole meal was awesome.

I want to be clear that the five stars are for Hard Rock Cafe—who worked very hard to make right what Viatar totally misrepresented and actually tried to ruin our anniversary dinner. We got there and presented the voucher like the instructions said....to not call the restaurant...and they said they were overbooked and would try to accommodate us in our prepaid dilemma of Viatar misrepresentation. The only thing we could hope for was a seat at the bar in the event of a cancellation. (Exactly what we envisioned as a romantic Anniversay dinner for non-drinking first-time visitors to Hawaii). Well, that happened, and When the bartender heard our story, he immediately got Darron, one of the managers, who went over and above to get us a table and make things right. He even worked with us to get the voucher printed out although in one place it said we could present it electronically or printed. Our waiter, Kyle was extraordinary and insisted that he would get an 18% tip that was included in that over priced pre-package deal offered by Viatar. We could have had exactly what we wanted for a lot less if we had bypassed your third-party attempt to make some money. We have learned our lesson and will go above and beyond to share it in any venue we have access to. A big thanks to Hard Rock for overcoming this horrible situation.

Server was great! "Electric" menu was really not up to date.. They did not have 2 of the menu choices (starter/dessert), the food came out with fries instead of Mashed potatoes.. Got there and the reservation had not been made but they scrambled and found us a table rather quickly.. Staff was great!! Viator needs an updated menu..

We loved the experience from this tour. We had a very nice meal and a couple of cocktails. The decor is amazing with so many guitars all up the walls and ceiling. The service was excellent and it was a great all round experience. It was our first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe and would certainly visit again if there was one in the location.

I purchased the meal at the Hard Rock Cafe in Honolulu and I have to say everything was great. They gave us a seat on the open patio and we had an awesome view of bustling Kalakaua Ave - just perfect in the early evening. Our server was also fantastic and the food was good. We enjoyed it so much we went back for cocktails the next night..

テラス席からの景色がホノルルらしくてリゾート気分を味わえました。料理はサラダをオーダーしました。美味しかったですし、ハワイ滞在中なかなか野菜をたくさん食べる機会が無かったので、久々に野菜をたくさん食べることができて良かったです。
チケットを紙で提示する必要があることに少し戸惑いましたが、マネジャーの方がpdfのメール送信で対応してくださり、助かりました。
