Our driver, Patrick was on time and friendly. The ride was smooth and the sprinter van was spacious.
The company kept in contact and provided all necessary pickup information on the day of. I definitely would recommend this company. Arriving into JFK can be chaotic, but knowing you have transportation waiting for you eases some of the stress.

Our experience with Private Express Limo and Car Service in New York was outstanding. From the moment we landed, the communication was spot on. We were able to coordinate easily through the app and text messaging, which gave us confidence knowing our transportation would be waiting for us right after baggage claim—no guessing, no stress.

Don't expect a beautiful, clean, larger luxury car pulling up with someone that opens your door for you and waits till you get in or out. Definitely NOT worth $135! I'd rather take a cab and I'm canceling the return trip because it was so hard to get picked up at LaG as well.

At first was nervous about pre booking a car. Our flight was a bit delayed which added to my nervousness. The experience was great!! The driver communicated the entire time, easy to find and our driver was amazing! He was so friendly and even pointed out buildings and landmarks for us.

The driver was on time and he was really lovely, would recommend this company. The only issue was a lot of traffic build up around our hotel making it really hard for the driver to get to us so we had to walk to time square and we found it really difficult to understand his instructions due to the amount of noise going on around us, but this was not the drivers fault it was just bad luck the amount of traffic around at that time.

The drivers and the operator are all incredible! We used them throughout our entire trip when we were in New York even though we had only planned to use them to get picked up to/from the airport and dropped off at the hotel. We ended up coordinating transportation with them to go to the U.S. Open and it was a very reliable and enjoyable experience. We will absolutely contact them again the next time we go to New York and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
