Pickup Points: All hotels addresses, short-term rentals, cruise terminals, and Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY). Please choose your pickup location or enter it manually at checkout. Pickup Instructions: For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal, holding a sign with your name directly in front of the ground floor escalators near baggage claim. If for any reason parking is full, you will be contacted and given alternate instructions on where to meet and load. Chauffeurs are scheduled based on your flight’s arrival time and allow up to 45 minutes for luggage retrieval on domestic flights. → As long as all passengers are on the same flight, we have never left clients behind. For outbound transfers to MSY, please be ready at least 10 minutes before pickup. → Kindly include your preferred pickup time for return transfers in the “Special Instructions” during checkout. If no time is given then you will be scheduled 2.5 hours before your flight's departure.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The driver was punctual, professional, and friendly, greeting me right at the arrivals area with a clear sign. Let me start by saying Brian was our driver. He was awesome. He was patient with us because our flight was delayed and he was patient while waiting on the bags very pleasant person. The problem was for our return flight. It was a mixup with a transportation and Kayla, who is the representative that I spoke with about this was not the best person to handle my situation. I paid for a two and from transfer and she was not accommodating when my reservation got messed up she insisted that I paid an amount that I didn’t pay and in the end when it was too late to find a driver to accommodate me she realize that she made a mistake. She informed me that I had to pay for another trip that I already paid for. Sent a email to apologize which by this time it was too late. I end up catching a Uber from our hotel the next morning for a 7 o’clock flight instead of them picking me up, which was what was reserved out of everything else. This was the worst part of my trip so therefore, if you do choose to purchase a two and from transfer, make sure not once not twice but three times that your reservation is correct. I would recommend this service but just make sure that you keep your receipts which I did and make sure everything is clear.

Stacy picked up our group of 10 from the airport for our NOLA girls’ trip and delivered an exceptional experience. He was extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. He went above and beyond to welcome us and made us feel like royalty. For our return trip, we specifically requested Stacy again, but the service we received did not match the same standard, which was disappointing. Overall, Stacy left a very positive impression, and we’d gladly book him again if possible.

Thank you for your feedback. We take every guest experience seriously, especially when accessibility is involved.
We want to provide some important context: your reservation included a wheelchair and 2+ checked bags. Given that sedans have very limited trunk space and cannot safely accommodate a wheelchair alongside that volume of luggage, our team made the operational decision to upgrade your vehicle to an SUV, the next available size, to ensure your group and your belongings arrived safely. This was a good-faith decision based on the information we had at the time.
We were not made aware of any mobility limitations or accessibility concerns prior to your trip. Had that been communicated to us when booking, we would have gladly worked with you to find the best solution. We also want to be transparent: we do not permit luggage to be stored in the cabin area of any vehicle, as this is a safety policy that protects both our guests and our drivers regardless of the reason.
Currently Jazzy Limousines does not operate ADA-equipped vehicles, which is something guests with specific accessibility needs should confirm prior to booking so we can set proper expectations together.
You called and we spoke with you directly after your trip and before this review was posted. During that conversation we learned of the details of your accessibility needs and apologized with a committment to ensuring your return trip on the 22nd is handled with extra care.
