Our Driver was early, we had booked a sedan, but they upgraded us to a SUV. Enjoyed not having to drive, the other people on the road are crazy, but our driver kept his cool

I paid to be picked up, and no one came. I confirmed Pick up and when my wife called, they said that I never responded to the email. We will be calling this week for my money back! Our friends we traveled will had the same experience and warned us. I will never use again. We could have been late for our plane.

The cab service that viator scheduled with, called and said that Viator had booked with an incorrect fare rate and that I needed to call Viator and have them fix it. When I attempted to do so, it took close to a half hour to get through to a live person, who then stated that the address of our hotel was not in Louisiana, which, of course it was. After several holds and back and forths with different reps for Viator, we were informed our booking had been cancelled and we needed to start over. We hung up from the call and called a local cab service recommended by our hotel. That cab showed up in 11 minutes and we were able to make our flight.

We received a call from the transportation company the night before our pick up confirming time and location. The next morning our driver called when he was about 5 minutes away and arrived promptly. He graciously loaded our luggage, got us to the airline drop off safely, and unloaded our luggage for us. The cost for 3 was about the same price as the airport shuttle would have been, but private and much nicer. (We reserved sedan transportation but were actually picked up by an SUV.) Highly recommend.
