***Please read the small print. There are all kinds of stipulations and deposits in addition to the price. Be prepared to get on a scale and they say you can bring a guest but it must be a child to meet the weight requirements. One of the members in my party was turned away because she is 61. Not a good experience

Customer service was bad. Poor communication, Viator description said no damage deposit yet I had to pay one. Entire time was spent in a single file line, the person in front of us was super slow and we did not get to enjoy our time. I wouldn't go back there.

It was fun and very dirty so expect it.!!! They have gear to purchase and its not to expensive. My daughters really loved doing it!!! One thing I like is they record you while riding as well. The employees were cool too. Overall it was a great experience with my daughters!!!!

Viator gave us a quote, we paid in full then when we arrived for our ATV ride, we were told we owed $60 per person for the trails. This was not included in the Viator contract. Nothing said we would have to pay extra when we got to our rides. I even showed them my contract. But they insisted it should have been there. It wasn't there. I had no ither choice but to pay for the extreme addition sinc ethis was a planned activity a group of 9 people for a celebration. Also, the ride was 1 and 1/2 hours instead of 2 hours that we had paid for.

Thank you for reaching out. When you booked your tour, the cost was $20 per ATV, and an additional $60 was to be paid at the location. We apologize if the full breakdown wasn’t clearly communicated by Viator. While the extra $60 was not mentioned during booking, we do want to highlight that you received a discount, as the current price for a 1-hour ATV tour is now $120 per ATV.
Please note that we’ve always offered a 1-hour tour, and at no point did we advertise a 2-hour tour.

When we first went they dint find our booking so we though we were doomed but then they were able to fix it and there was a big group that arrived and the path was amazing and both the guides were nice always helping us out through out the hour ! Overall great experience

The price on Viator is misleading. Once we got there, we were asked to pay another $60 per person and $50

Don’t use viator to purchase tickets for the atvs!!! They’re going to tell you a price but when you get there it’s actually $80. Go directly through the company. The ATVs themselves were great! It’s viator that wasn’t good.

Everything about the trail was perfect. The guides were cool and the weather permitted. The only thing wrong was with Viator. They made me believe that the price I paid them was the actual price. Noooo!!!! I had to pay an additional $140 at the counter plus the deposit. So to be totally honest…the few dollars it saved wasn’t worth being hit with that bill when I got ready to pay. I recommend going straight to the source as Viator was wrong. Said anything to get your business thru them.
