Solo bike cruise

Mayra was super helpful and friendly in fitting me for the bike, giving me water and a bike bag, going over the map and options/time estimates with me, and generally making sure everything was in order and I was comfortable. I had a lovely solo bike ride along the beach promenade and would highly recommend it!

Terrible costumer service

Unfortunately, the two ladies who were helping people were extremely rude. My friend came in and asked if this was the rental place, they didn't even look at her reservation and said "walk to the next block". However, we soon found out that was the correct place. After that they were rude, had and attitude and were extremely disorganized. Finally, they were cursing people in Spanish thinking that nobody understood.

We've never provided bad services, the problem is you that don't know how to go on vacation to an elegant city and business like ours, your group asked to change the bikes like 20 times and we did for you and now we are the bad guys? It would be wonderful if you never come to our shop again, we don't need customers like you. For your info the other bike shop that you referred is also mine. You can take your lack of respect and education somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. They were making rude comments to myself and their other customers. There was a similar bike shop nearby. I would recommend trying that one.

It was easy to pick up the bikes. They rode very nicely and were maintained properly..

Quick turn around. I did not have to wait long to pick up the bikes or return them. Their location was centric to South Beach. The staff was really helpful.
