Connor and Jon were great! So much fun- very interactive. The best parasailing I have done!! Safe and friendly. We had several people who had never parasailed and were fearful- both guides helped calm their fears!! Highly recommended!! Several riders saw multiple marine animals!!🐬🐠

Great group of people, they played good music the whole time, first time parasailing and it was a blast. Our tour actually had one person that didn’t have a partner so I got a second ride which just made it that much cooler. They’ve also got a nice little shop you can look around in while you wait for everyone to get there. They’ve have really nice looking watches for men if you want to buy and some great looking bikinis to if you’re looking to buy a one of a kind bikini. I didn’t take any photos because we were to busy having fun but they took lots for us and it was only $45 for them to download them to your phone

It was both of our 1st time parasailing. Special thank you to the entire team for ensuring we would have a memorable experience. We are not from Miami, so navigating to the location did become a slight challenge, however the calls from guests services were pleasant in providing information inclusive of parking options. We were a couple of minutes behind and we didn’t get our reservation cancelled, they provided a grace period and we are thankful for that! We were both nervous about the experience but the entire staff calmed every worry and it was a great experience indeed. The jokes, the warm welcome, and the extra security measures were everything! We surely recommend this company for anyone who is looking to have a great time! Being 400ft in the air and being dipped in the ocean is an experience we will never forget!!

When we were dipped in the water after climbing back down. The air time was great as well around 10 mins or so.

I will be reaching out to Viator because they charged me additional fees when I got there. Nowhere in the description did it mention that they charge you an extra $15 fee per person for "gas and excursion tax." It wasn't about the cost, but this is not mentioned in the excursion description. Outside of that, the excursion itself was amazing!

Hello Stephanie, through all of our third parties there is a $15 Fuel charge per booking (Not per person) and 7% tax is also due on the total that third parties do not collect. It is stated on the inclusions and exclusions on all third party listings. Please give us a call at (305) 261-6655 if you were charged $15 per person which should not have happened.

The photo package is an optional package and we also give you the option to check out the photos before purchasing them. Solid service and experience. Well run. Have a parking plan - we did valet at the hotel for $41 as it was worth it for the time saved, but if you have some more time you could find parking for free or less.

This was awful. Paid for 90 mins. Hidden extra fees not on this site. Ended laying 100$ extra. And we literally were in the boat for 30 mins and in the air for 5! Trip was shared with another couple.

On the parasailing listing all the information for this activity is stated before you book. You are paying for an 8-10 minute flight time up in the air and the entire trip from the time you leave the dock and come back can take up to 90 minutes depending on how many people are booked for that day and time. There are no hidden fees, before you book it states in the "not Included" section that there is a $15 fuel Charge and 7% sales tax of the total booking due at check in.

Hello Amin, thanks for leaving a review! The parasail flight time up in the air is 8-10 minutes and the whole entire trip from the time you leave the dock and come back can take up 1.5 hours, depending how many other groups are on the boat for parasailing. We take up to 6 flights on the boat and if a full trip goes out the whole experience will be an hour and a half. If only one or two flights go out, you will be back between 30-45 min depending on the conditions on the day and where we have to do the parasailing,
