Tour continues in rain or shine (except for Hurricanes Watches or Warnings). In the event of rain, we keep you indoors most of the time. Be sure to carry an umbrella or rain poncho to walk in between buildings. Statistically, rain showers do not last more than 20 minutes.

Please know traffic is heavy and parking is limited after 12pm on Fridays, weekends and holidays. If you are driving into South Beach please allot additional 45 minutes to enter South Beach and locate parking as some garages may be full and you will need to drive around to locate street parking. Completely Unreliable Booking

Do not book this tour. Here was my booking experience: (1) Book a 10 am tour on a Wednesday a month in advance. (2) Get an email asking if I could change the time from 1 pm to 10 am. (3) Reply that I was already booked for 10 am. (4) Tour gets canceled. (5) Realize the day before the trip that the tour has been canceled. Ask Viator and they say I can rebook. I rebook the day before, wait 8 hours, and no confirmation. Ask Viator to cancel. (6) Get a confirmation of the tour. (7) Ask Viator about this sudden confirmation, and they say “no, your tour is canceled.” (8) Book different tour and then get barraged the next morning by Viator and tour operator about why am I not showing up for the canceled tour. Explain that I was told it was canceled, show all the emails, AND STILL GET CHARGED. (9) Refuse to refund. Save yourself the headache. No matter how good the tour might be, if the booking cannot be relied upon it is not worth it.
