We were a family of four adults. I was a bit worried about driving into Miami Beach and getting parked but shouldn’t have been. There is easy parking at a multi story just up the road that charged $2 per hour. It was easy to walk from there to the shop where you meet. The shop was air conditioned and had a toilet so a good start to the event. Gabriel showed us the ropes and took our tour. He was great and we stopped for photos which he kindly took on our phone so we have loads of great photos too. We learnt a lot about the history of Miami and culture.
We took the 12:30 tour which was about an hour and did go very quickly but it was too hot to be out in the middle of the day so if you want longer take the early tour (think 10 am). Afterwards we found a fantastic restaurant down the road called Wanderlust that had live music and great food. All in all it was fantastic.

Gabriel was our tour guide and trainer and he was amazing! He was patient with amateurs like myself. I was confident and felt like a pro midway. He informed us of land marks. It is a must do!

Highly recommend as an initial tour. Fernando was awesome . You might get a bit tired on a 2 hour one, so we picked 1 hour as an introductory tour

This was an awesome Segway tour!!! Gabriel was the best tour guide!! We really recommend the Segway tour for anyone wanting a tour of miami.. there's a great training before the tour starts, so this is good for first-time segwayers too!

This is a company who does not care for people and having a good experience because instead of accomodating me, they took my money because I couldn't find a parking on the busy streets of Miami Beach, which I am not from.

I've done several Segwsy tours before. This one is NOT a tour. It's a "rental with a chaperone". Our "guide" gave us a very basic orientation and omitted several safetyprecautions, and during the rde he mostly ignored my group and talked to the same couple the whole time. He never talked about the places that we passed by, he didn't point out irregularities on the pavement that could be dangerous AND he cut our time short by more than 15 minutes. Just riding the Segway was a lot of fun, but I recommend you look for another company.

Wonderful tour.
I had not ride a Segway before but he was a good teacher, I recommend this even if you have not ever riding a Segway before. You will have fun, plus his very knowledgeable about what we are looking on the tour.

Definitely worthwhile for a tour of South Beach. If you don't want to use a segway, they'll let you use a bike no problem. Very friendly service, and the employees were helpful with tips and locations for where to go elsewhere, while visiting the island. Highly recommended for touring a place fresh off of a "covid" riot.

Gabriel hat den Art Deco District sehr gut erklärt. Am Radweg zu fahren gibt einiges an Sicherheit, Fußgänger sind jedoch eine echte Gefahr.
