There are walking tours and there are bus tours, but these unique Segway tours provide an entirely new perspective on Miami’s South Beach and Biscayne Bay waterfront regions.
Riding on a Segway isn’t difficult, but it’s important to know how to maneuver one. The South Beach tour begins near Collins Avenue and the Biscayne Bay riverfront tour begins at the Bayside Marketplace, with a brief but thorough training session to make sure everyone feels comfortable and knowledgeable about their Segway. Additionally, all passengers must weight between 100 and 300 pounds to participate.
With the training out of the way, it’s time to hit the open road.
The South Beach tour passes by the Villa Casa Casuarina, aka the Versace Mansion, the famous Art Deco District, the Lincoln Road Mall all the way to the edge of beautiful Biscayne Bay. Along the way, enjoy stops for photo opps of the Miami skyline and other landmark locations and learn about the rich history, culture and architecture of this unique and popular part of Miami.
On the Biscayne Bay tour, glide along the Miami Riverwalk, extending along the north side of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay through Bayfront Park. This is where the Atlantic Ocean, Miami River and Biscayne Bay all merge together into one beautiful body of crystal clear water. Learn about the fascinating history of this region, highlighted by the 2,000-year-old archeological sites, and see the luxurious high-rise condos, multi-million dollar yachts and mammoth cruise ships.

Venue is quick and easy to get to. The service was excellent. Gabrielle did a fantastic job of instructing us and telling us about Miami Beach along our tour. We felt safe and had a fabulous time!!

This was quite enjoyable. The only downside to this miami location is that it is so crowded. I didn't have an issue, but the family member I enjoyed this experience with, was a first timer and struggled with the crowds and on and off the bike path.
Would also have liked more riding and less stopping. I felt we were stopped more than we rode.
Overall enjoyed the experience.

Neither of us had been on a Segway before but our guide Adam had us feeling confident on them in less than 5 minutes. Great way to see the sights of South Beach. Stopped at several famous art deco hotels. South Pointe, Flamingo Park, botanical gardens. Plenty of time to stop, take a walk and snap pictures.
Adam was so friendly and funny a brilliant guide.

Two-hour segway whistlestop tour of the key sites in the South Beach area, with brief training included. We were led by Adam, an enthusiastic, knowledgeable guide, who was steered us through the busy Christmas Day traffic safely and seamlessly, and took us to some fabulous places that really highlighted the beauty and variety of the city. Brilliant and highly recommended!

Miami Beach is a great place for a Segway tour, very interesting, lots of stops, and amenable to Segway traveling.
It is hot, so be prepared.
Adam was a great tour guide: knowledgeable of Miami Beach, attentive to the participants, and very charming.
Nuts and bolts at Ride & Roll Miami was smooth and comprehensive, Gabe covered all of the important points.
Highly recommend this tour and these guys.

Such a fun and interesting Segway tour with our guide Adam, who was absolutely lovely. Not only is it a fun way to see some of the city, Adam was full of facts and information for us. He was also extremely patient as we had a couple of Segway beginners. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you only have a day or two in the city, as you can cover a decent amount of ground in just a couple of hours. I think we ended up travelling just over 8 miles on our Segways and got to see the Holocaust memorial, botanical garden, Versace mansion, muscle beach, South Pointe and a few other South Beach city highlights.

This 2 hour tour was just right! We chose the historic tour which was great! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and area. We covered a lot in the roughly 2 hour tour. Before we started, our guide patiently worked with us in learning how to maneuver the Segway.

Such a fun experience! Gabriel was a great guide and the tour takes in a range of places of interest including South Pointe park, Ocean Drive and the Botanical Gardens. The tour was well paced with some opportunities to take a break, view places by foot and take some photos. Learning about the art deco history was really fascinating. The segways were easy to ride so don’t be scared to try! Thank you Gabriel - we loved it!

Highly recommend. I was solo traveller and felt comfortable. They let me store my handbag at the store, whilst doing the tour. After trying the segway, my balance was off and decided to take electric bike instead (I was easily accommodated as well).

We were in town for an event and had limited free time. We picked this tour for its uniqueness factor as well as the ability to cover a lot of ground without walking in the heat.
Gabriel was our tour guide. He was very personable and patient; took our training seriously; made sure we all stayed together. He clearly loves the area and sharing facts & tidbits with the group.

This was my first time on a Segway and it was fine. There was an option for an e-bike if, after training, you're not comfortable on the Segway.
The tour takes you on (busy) Miami streets, using the bike lane. The bike lanes are safe and respected.

The Miami Segway tour was a fantastic experience! Our tour guide was incredibly caring and patient, taking the time to make sure everyone felt comfortable and confident riding the Segway before we started. As we cruised through the Miami Beach area, the guide shared interesting facts and stories about the sights, making the tour both fun and educational. They also kindly offered to take photos for us at scenic spots, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for a relaxed and informative way to explore Miami Beach!

If you want a fun activity this is it, you will learn the history of south beach and a bit of miami all at the same time, we had Gabriel as our guide, very informed and pleasent, he was on top of his game!

Tour guide was great and super friendly. Did a killer job showing us around and answering questions. Segway tour was a blast.
Only major negative was the timing. Tour was scheduled to start at 2pm. I bought tickets to a sporting event expecting the tour to start at 2pm and end around 4pm. Instead, I was told the Segway tour and bike tour were being merged and the tour started at almost 3pm! Ended up being late for the event I had tickets for!
