It’s a worthwhile activity to see various parts of the city and various sights in a short amount of time. Would have rated it higher if the driver spoke better English and more importantly, had a microphone so we could hear him over the traffic noise

We only had an afternoon in Lisbon so this was a very efficient way to see the highlights. Abdul shared the history of the city and the places we visited. He stopped and allowed us to get out and walk around at different places. If you’re looking for a quick way to see Lisbon, this is it!

While it was certainly nice to get driven around to see more of the city, I wish the Tuktuk driver gave us more information on the places we visited. Instead, what we got was a short summary of a particular location and then we were left to explore a place on our own without additional information on the history. Part of the fun of doing these guided tours is getting fun facts about the landmarks. We did not get that.

My family enjoyed this Tuk Tuk tour as a way to get a feel for the city on our first day. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about showing us all the sights. However, it was very difficult to hear our guide even when we were stopped in quiet areas and sitting in the first row behind the driver. Loved this experience but would have bumped it up to 5 stars if the guide had a microphone.

This is a great way to see the sights of Lisbon when you have young kids who tire easily and don’t want to walk too much. Rana was very knowledgeable and engaging and was flexible with what we wanted to see and do. I would definitely recommend this tour as a short and comprehensive way of seeing the highlights of the city. Note that time at each spot is limited so if you don’t like being on a schedule this is not the tour for you.

Amazing evening tour of the city! Our driver Rana was just excellent and went above and beyond to show us the highlights in a limited amount of time. He was in touch with me beforehand to ensure the proper pick up time and location and was able to accommodate our special request to be dropped off at our dinner location as it was my birthday! Highly recommend this tour!

It was a cold wet day in Lisbon but that did not stop Rana's wonderful recount of Lisbon's history. I found him to be knowledgeable and passionate about Lisbon, always keeping the customer's needs and comfort in mind. He insisted that I try a Nata or obliged for pictures I wanted to take (despite the heavy rain), etc. In all, he made my 2 hour tour memorable and fun. I would love to return to Lusbon to learn and see more. He is fantastic and a rhe best guide one could hope for in Lisbon.

Refundfor incomplete service

Dear sirs: In the morning of 7-oct, we went to the agreed meeting point in Lisbon, Portugal which you specified: R. Da Madalena 56. To our surprise, the office was closed for remodelation so we took a second taxi to return to our cruise. There we briefly connected to Internet and by coincidence recieved a WhatsApp phone call from Abdulá. He indicated that he was waiting with his tuk-tuk for us 4 in Hard Rock Café, not in the agreed address. To make a long story short, he picked us up about 1.5 hours later than booked, and our ride ended up being 1.5 hours long instead of 3 hrs. Our dissapointment was such that we cancelled other services previously contracted to Viator. Therefore, I believe we should get a refund of no less than 50% for a shorter duration service today. Alternatively, we should get a full refund of US$ 172.32 for a service booked for 6-oct in Oporto, Portugal. Norwegian Cruise Line unexpectedly changed a stop in Oporto to Vigo, Spain, and I was unable to cancel Oporto with more than 24 hours of anticipation. Thanks in advance for your consideraration.

Rana was excellent. His historical and architectural knowledge was detailed and accurate. He altered that standard plan as we requested more cityscapes and views and a couple specific sites. A careful and courteous driver as well. I highly recommend him.

This was one of the best experiences we did. I'm so glad we did this and we had one of the best tour guides- Rana from Tuk Tuk service was amazing. His knowledge of all the areas and facts were awesome. I'm glad that I booked this in advance. I feel like I got a better option with then if I just got someone randomly off the street. Rana was also amazing at taking pictures and getting the best angles for social media ... if you're into that.

While the guide was really nice (personality-wise), he was about 30 minutes late due to traffic (he said that was the reason). He drove us around and checked the list of things to see, but we barely learned anything about places as he would speak while riding the loud tuk-tuk, which made it hard to hear, and when we got to landmarks, he would give a brief explanation of the place then told us to walk around and come back in 10 mins. On other tours, we saw a more comfortable tuk-tuk, with a driver with a microphone, or even walked with them to places and explained things. We think that we could have spent 100+ dollars somewhere else for a better tour.

Late and disinterested

Nothing. Got a WhatsApp shortly before tour saying it would start 40 mns later…..had no choice but to acknowledge…..even then he turned up 15 mns late. Tour itself was underwhelming.

Not a guided tour – just a drive around

Driver called the hotel (not me) the night before to say he'd pick us up 20 minutes early. Havinggot ready earlier than we wanted, with five minutes to go, I got a message saying he'd be an hour late. Nice enough guy but no guiding, eg arrived at the cathedral and pulled up to say, "This is the cathedral. It is €4 to go in." Me: "We only have a few minutes here so it's not worth it." Him: "No." Me: "Can you tell us about the cathedral?" Him: Nothing. Best thing he did, on dropping us off, was to tell us that we were unlikely to get a taxi back to the hotel. Me: "What does everyone do, then?" Him (amazed): "We all use Uber." So we reinstalled the app and used Uber.

we could not find the tour guide across the street which I was told to try to find him he couldn’t find us . and we couldn’t find him I feel the tour which we never got to was a very big disappointment. considering we paid in advance and never got to go on the tour he finally contacted us a half an hour after he was supposed to find us but it was too late we never thought we get to see him so we hired another tour company before we had to be at the airport at 1 o’clock in the afternoon I felt waiting a half an hour was most reasonable considering we were pressed for time to see something of Lisbon. so we ended up paying $40 for each of us to take an hours tour from another tuck tuck. we lwere already on tour with the other company when finally viators contacted me.

Our driver Masud was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a more in depth tour experience, showing us the side streets, walkways and street art. He took great pictures of us throughout the tour and gave good pointers of what to check out.

Had a great tour with Rana. This is a fabulous shorter tour in a cute tuk tuk. We covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time. A special highlight is Rana took some great and unique pictures of my husband and I that we will cherish.
