Misleading

This was very misleading as it’s advertised as an E-ticket, it seems to imply entry. However, it does not include the entry ticket so we had to purchase that separately upon arrival to the castle.

Poor service at Castilo da Sao George

Very disappointed the ticket counter at the Castle would not accept our ViaTour voucher. We had to pay an additional entrance fee to access the castle after a long walk up to the park. I believe the personnel at the Castle need to be trained to accept such vouchers from touring groups or the tour should be taken off the ViaTour website. Thankfully ViaTour has indicated a refund is in process.

Castelo bem legal porem visita somente externa, até vale a visita mas existem locais mais legais a se visitar se tiver tempo vá, estava chovendo e tivemos a visita um pouco prejudicada
