The guide was very nice...

The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. But to tour in a car you are not able to view sites from the windows. In town, around the curvy roads made me a tad nauseous. I would rather use this nice car for excursions out of town. It is very comfortable.

We requested a 1/2 day private tour of Lisbon with English speaking tour guide and received a driver that spoke very very very little English and asked us where we wanted to go. We have been been to lisbon and expected that he would show us around.

Hello Nancy, once again we regret that our tour has not lived up to your expectations. Our tour is private and so it is personalized, when our driver asks what he wants to do is because there are customers who like museums, others like churches, other palaces etc etc, each client has different tastes and so we make a point of always asking what are the customer's preferences. In relation to the English practiced by our driver is the first time that we are faced with such a situation, however we will give attention to this issue. From the beginning we realized that what you intended was an official guide, someone who accompanies you inside the monuments, but in our program it is always mentioned that our driver is not an official guide, makes a brief presentation of what you will see but never accompanies customers inside the monuments, because in the city of Lisbon it is extremely difficult to park, and we would waste half the time of the tour looking for parking. Anyway hope you enjoy the beautiful city of Lisbon during your stay

Belem and Waterfront

Very sweet driver took us to the sites in Belem and the newer waterfront area. Tailored tour to us and our two children. Very good English. Nice clean car with A/C, water and WiFi. More of a chauffeured ride to sites than a tour (not detailed commentary/historical significance but pointed out the most popular sites) convenient fast way to see all of the major attractions in these areas in a short time or in the amount of time you can keep kids attention. Would recommend.
