We arrived about 10 minutes before the start time, it wasn’t too busy so we were all boarded and set off right on time. Very easy to find too just off Praca do Comercio. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we received our welcome drink (beer/wine/soft drink) and some snacks shortly after heading off. We passed along the sights and the tour could be listened to via a QR code. Overall, a lovely experience with really nice crew. I would 100% recommend booking this.

Our boat at 6:30 broke and we were told they can put us on another boat at 7:30. Thank God we didnt leave, because that boat left at 7! Their tickets scanner wasn't working so took about 10 minutes for that. There was no commentary of any sites we went by. The ticket stated snacks. Nope. For 3 people that gave us 2 tiny dishes with pistachios. There was no port either. Boring as well.

Perfect cruise time

Perfect length to see the coastal highlights of Lisbon. We did the sunset cruise which was very pretty. Drink and snacks offered were a nice addition. The only possible improved enemy might be some light commentary on what we are seeing… such as the Belém tower and statue of Christ.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication

Unfortunately, my experience with this boating trip was disappointing. I had difficulty finding the location, and despite multiple attempts to contact the operator, I received no response. By the time Viator support got back to me and I finally reached the location, the boat had already departed the pier. It was frustrating and disheartening, as better communication and clearer directions could have easily prevented this issue. I hope the operator improves their responsiveness to avoid similar experiences for future customers.

Lovely and cosy cruise experience

The sunset cruise was not overcrowded. We sat inside and the windows were huge and clear. They play relaxing music during the ride, there is optional guide app (scan it on the boat and get to your phone) for those who want it. The TV inside also plays information about close objects. Very friendly staff and nice to get complementary drinks and snacks. If relevant, you can order from more extensive bar menu.

It was very nice and met a wonderful couple who I talked to the entire cruise. The waitress only brought one drink and I thought we could get 2. I asked for second & never brought it. I was thinking it was part of the deal if not I would have paid.

Amazing experience

Amazing! There were 8 of us and 6 got delayed because of heavy traffic. I called the operator and the captain was kind enough to hold the boat for a few minutes. As soon as we got on the atmosphere was so calm and soothing. We saw a beautiful sunset and for those interested in knowing more about the sites there was a video with information as we passed each site. The music, wine and snacks was perfect with the view. Great end to our Lisbon trip.

Quiet Relaxing Boat Ride

The sunset cruise was wonderful! It was relaxing. We enjoyed the screens with information about the sites passed. The wine was delicious (we tried green wine) and the snacks were a nice treat! They also offered water and soda instead of wine.

Fabulous sight seeing trip.

We just got off an NCL cruise and had only one day in Lisbon. Decided not to waste the night and made a last minute booking for sunset cruise on FSA. They dock close to the cruise ships.. We stayed close, so it was short walk back to the Dock. The online tickets were hard to get the scan code, but the attendant with the boar inside terminal was able to print them out. Boarding was easy, boat was not full. We chose to sit outside and it was a Fantastic cruise on the river. They served a decent variety of beverages and quick pub snacks. It was relaxing and scenic. They played nice easy listening music, there was a video screen with sight information, but it was hard to see with the setting sun. We just enjoyed the ride. Saw Families, couples , and solo riders all having a great time. Going under the bridge was amazing. Do it!!
