We were upgraded to the ghost pub crawl as they did not have a guide available for the tour we signed up for. Kris was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history. It was not very spooky though.

Our tour guide is emotionally unstable! This lead to a very bad experience on the tour. There were 3 groups of people in which we all left prior to the tour being completed. We are concerned that this young lady not be allowed to expose this redderick to other visitors. She asked prior to the tour if she could use fowl language when there were two 11 year olds in the group. However, in the context that she used it was not just fowl and totally not related to the ghost stories she was telling.The family on the tour said she had been on this tour twice before and it was absolutely informative and wonderful!!!! We are 72 years old, we had a retired police officer and fireman in the group and believe me they heard it all! They felt it was out of line and decided to leave.
I spoke to one of your representatives yesterday and was told my group will not be receiving a refund. We've worked with Viator in Europe many times and have never came across a situration like this before. I and anyone in my group felt this type of job is not suited for this 18 year old young lady. As far as the tour itself i'm sure it would of been just fine with a different guide.

I think the information on the Episcopal Church and cemetery was interesting. Plus the pictures that we took thinking they were clear, came out blurred. Bianca did a good job.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. Pretty sure it’s a scam. After booking this tour and getting multiple confirmation emails they call me to tell me they’re not running because only two people signed up and they needed three. So they were short one person. We probably could have made up for that in tips. When I called the tour company they only offered to book me for a later time which I couldn’t do due to a 4 am wake up the next day or a tour in a different city. The customer service representative, Elaine, was incredibly unhelpful and rude. They wouldn’t refund me, I had to call Viator to request a refund. This is now 48+ hours ago and the money hasn’t been returned to my bank yet. Avoid this at all costs.

For your safety, we do not operate tours with fewer than three guests. At the time, we offered you a voucher that could be redeemed for any city where we offer tours, but you chose to decline it. We made every effort to present alternative options to avoid you needing to contact Viator directly.
Please note, we are unable to process a refund without your credit card information, which was communicated to you during our initial call informing you that your tour was canceled. As I mentioned previously, Ghost City Tours does not have access to your card details, and therefore, we do not have control over the funds in question.

Our host was high and awful. She could not complete a sentence, mixed up houses and historical names. At one point she laughed so hard at the punch line of a joke that was in her head that she forgot to tell it to us (if it existed). We left 3/4 the way through the tour and I’m sure she didn’t even notice. Terrible tour.

The purple house haunted by the creepy Robert doll was the highlight of this tour. Out tour guide was EXCELLENT especially since he said he had only been giving tours for a couple of months.

I can’t recommend this tour because after buying the ticket I waited at the meeting point and at the requestes time but no one showed up. I can understand if the tour didn’t start due to lacks of members but I didn’t receive any notice.
