HonHoff trolly is fantastic. Driver does lively live narration. Trollys are comfy and with good visibility. Town history and points of interest abound. A great way to get oriented in this wonderful city.

You control the time... sometimes the trollies are overloaded and you might have to wait on 1 or 2 to catch one.

Very happy we chose this service!! The drivers were incredibly friendly and very knowledgable about the different aspects of the area. The stops are very easy to locate, and are central to everything. It's very easy to hop on and off, and the drivers are great at giving directions on any location you're interested in getting to.

I enjoyed the Old Town portion of the tour, but it would have been nice to have been warned when we were leaving Old Town. The other half of the tour was nothing but stops at hotels to pick up riders on the other side of the island. Also, our guide was not a native English speaker - this wouldn’t have been a problem if not combined with the speaker acoustics on the bus. Together, it was pretty tough to understand the commentary.

The pick up points are hard to find, had to wait for 3 trolleys before we cotton get on one because they were full, every time one finally arrived.

It’s a great way to get oriented to the lay of the land and see some of the sights you might not visit. We got on pretty early —11:00-ish—but later in the day the tram (?) had no room and many had to wait for the next bus.

It is a nice trolley ride. You can hop on and hop off, so I had several different drivers, some were very informative and friendly. Frank seemed mundane.

Anthony on bus 435 was extremely rude and almost abusive. When asked questions he was impatient, rude and made sarcastic comments over the intercom . We never had our tickets scanned and no maps provided. I have been on many city tour with hop on and off format and this was the worst and disappointing

This is a convenient way to get around Key West, you can get on and off at quite a few stops with trolleys coming every 15 minutes,
It was also very informative! I learned so much about the area. Especially about the roaming chickens! I won’t spoil it, take the trolley and find out!
