This was so much fun! The tour was incredible, spooky and everything we imagined. We really enjoyed the ghost hunt at the end and we could swear we had some activity!

Very informative . Jeff had do much knowledge about the fort and doll . A nice cleaning after to be safe . We walked around by ourselves with thd vip tour.

The VIP tour is such a cool experience! You start off with a great walking history tour to check out the fort and the guide tells you about their personal experiences too. There’s a sit down around Robert the Doll which is fascinating and you can choose whether or not to say hi and take your pic with Robert. You definitely have to see him in person to appreciate all the stories. After that we get to stay in the fort for an hour to ghost hunt on our own! We checked out every part of the fort (even the unsettling Citadel). We had the best luck communicating with “something” using the pendulum but they provided a lot of equipment to ghost hunt. Highly recommend!!

Our guide (Dave, I think) was very good. He balanced fact with fiction well, and did a good job helping the more timid participants enjoy their experience while not allowing the overly-enthusiastic ghost lovers to dominate. It was neat to see Robert the Doll in person, but overall, the tour was pretty anti-climactic.

Hi, thanks for your review, we appreciate the feedback. As I recall we had some success with the dowsing rods that evening, and a few responses over the spirit box, but nothing too traumatizing happened that night. The activity is always different within the walls of the fortress, but we do often encounter the paranormal. At times it can be intense, and other nights not too much happens.
At the very least, I hope you enjoyed East Martello’s fascinating history.

Our 3 trip back! This is our Teen(s) favorite ghost tour in Key West! The history of the old fort is really interesting and OFCOURSE Robert is the main attraction. We always add the VIP extended fort visit is very DARK and SPOOKY!

We booked this excursion and flew to Key West for it. They cancelled but I didn't find out until we were standing in an empty parking lot at 9pm and I called Viator. Very unprofessional and cost us a great deal of money.

I'm so sorry to hear this. There must be some crossed wires here, as we messaged you through TripAdvisor/Viator on October 19th that we could not operate a tour on New Year's Eve, as the museum scheduled their annual fundraiser that evening.
We offered you the option of attending the night before or after or receiving a refund. When we communicated by phone, you said the other nights wouldn't work and asked for a refund, which we promptly issued. If you check your Viator/TripAdvisor records, you will see that the full refund was processed on October 20th at 10:10 am.
Again, I'm so sorry this happened to you. Please let me know when you are back in Key West, and I'd be happy to have you on the experience as our guests.

Great paranormal experience overall pack3d with history and of course a viewing of Robert the doll! Dan did a great job hosting our group and I would definitely reccomend this for anyone interested in local history and the paranormal!

We felt like the tour was very interesting and informative. The location is great. Lots of orbs and good energy. I think this is a tour where you get into what you put into it. You won’t be spoon fed paranormal activity but it is there for the finding.

Our tour guide was amazing! He shared lots of info, not only about Robert, but also the history of the fort and other creepy stories about Key West legends. We had 6 teens and did the extended VIP tour. The kids LOVED having the extra time communicating with the spirits all around the fort.

It was really neat to go through the Fort at night and hear the history of the place and the doll. Ghost communication equipment was also interesting to use. Our group had varying levels of responses with the equipment, but we all had a great time.

It was cool to hear all the history of the fort and Robert the Doll. Doing the VIP and walking around the fort with the family was fun. I am sure even if you are a not a believer it is still fun if your family is enjoying it. The gentlemen giving the tour was also great. I would suggest this to anyone in Key West.

It was interesting. The historic information was quite good. Seeing Robert in real life as opposed to T.V. was very different. We opted for the VIP with ghost hunting. We HAD hoped to pick up some K2 readings or voices on the spirit boxes, but alas they were hiding that night.
Overall, a fun and informative time.

This was so exciting to attend! We booked the VIP! Not only did we get a guided tour of the haunted Fort and lecture of the most haunted doll, Robert, we got an hour+ to explore the grounds on our own, in the dark!

This tour was absolutely amazing, However, if you are sensitive, a medium, or posses any of the "4 claires" it's extremely intense and borderline overwhelming.
I personally couldn't step over the threshold of the "Citadel"
Robert was a kind energy while up close and personal, but other things in the fort, not so much.
